Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pagosa Springs

This space was perfect for our large group weekend getaway. The open concept kitchen/dining/living space allowed the group to enjoy our time uninhibited. With an easy 20 minute drive to wolf creek and a ping pong table for tournaments, what more do you need?! Fabulous, thank you!

Home Sweet Home truly feels like home! The condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the fireplace and games. The location was also perfect! Private yet close to City Market and great restaurants (3 minutes), WalMart (5 minutes), 8 minutes to downtown (but we enjoyed spending time in the condo more than going downtown and we stayed here for the skiing at Wolf Creek). Loved everything about this condo! My favorite Airbnb! And Gayle was very responsive, even though I didn’t need much from her while there (location of sledding hill and boiling water in Colorado). We will definitely stay anytime we are back in Pagosa Springs!

Look no further. This home was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of four. Every part of the home was comfortable and spacious. Jeff checked on us and responded quickly any time I had a question. The house is a few miles from the main area in town. Very easy to get to. Peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous scenery. There is nothing I could think of to improve. Our best AirBNB stay by far!

I love the way the home was creatively decorated in the theme of the day of the dead so much to look at It felt special ! The home was comfy. She had everything you needed. The hot tub and fire pit were easy to use , our pets loved it too ! The location is great as well We had a great time ! Lisa responds very quickly to any needs as well no waiting !

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was so comfy and cozy and in the perfect location. The garage is a huge plus!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the fire places added a special touch! We will absolutely be back!

This was a great place to stay to enjoy Pagosa Springs. Walking distance to the hotsprings and a coffee shop, short drive to wolf creek, and easy parking. It was a very comfortable time!

Tyler’s home is phenomenal! He has everything you need, really just some great amenities that you don’t get in a lot of Airbnb’s. A must mention is the shower, the water is hot and has the most amazzzing water pressure….much appreciated after a full day of skiing!! One our favorite amenity was being able to park our vehicle in the garage!!! On the day of our check out, we woke up to snow and someone came by around 7 am to shovel the sidewalk and plow the driveway, it was perfect timing as we were ready to head out!

Amazing Stay!!! There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible our stay was, we cannot wait to go back in the summer to paddle board, kayak and fish! The home itself helped us celebrate three very special birthdays, we had a steak night and cuddled and watched basketball games while looking out through the windows to see the star and moon shining down on us! We had amazing dining experiences when we ventured out! Thank you for hosting us, we can’t wait to do it again!!

The *best* location in Pagosa! We didn’t use our car at all during our weekend getaway. Everything is pretty much in walking distance. The Airbnb is super cute and cozy!

This place was beautiful! Incredible views just like in the pictures. The hot tub was so nice to use during the winter. The continental breakfast was such a sweet touch and delicious. The hosts communicated very well and were so generous and helpful.

Angie and Cole are amazing hosts - they were so receptive and helpful for our rescheduling needs of our Airbnb due to my partner’s illness that came on very suddenly. They were extremely communicative, helpful, and kind! They even left us roses and candy for our honeymoon. We loved the space of the Airbnb too and the location was perfect for our time in Durango. My only comments would be that some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty upon our arrival, and the Airbnb itself could use a deep clean but our bedding and everything else was pristine. We loved our stay here. Thank you so much, Angie and Cole!!

Stunning view of the mountains. Quiet area. Plenty of room for the dog to run and play. Such a great experience!

Beautiful location, peaceful, and close to Durango.

My wife, dog, and I had a great stay at Danielle's Airbnb! The instructions to get into the Airbnb were well laid out and clear. I think the walkability of this property really set it apart. It was within walking distance of great restaurants, Pagosa Hot Springs, river walk, and Wolf Creek ski area was only about a half hour drive! When we arrived there was another guest who had a non stop barking dog, but a single text to Danielle and it was taken care of! Danielle was quick to respond and great communicator. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! And we would def stay here again. The only thing we would say was the beautiful large bathtub in the masters bedroom took all the hot water from the house if you filled it up. When we talked to the host they said the new owners replaced the hot water heater and may not have gotten a big enough one. Other than that we liked the condo! Great location, very clean and comfortable!

We thought this place was nicer than the pictures and description. An incredible value for the price. We would definitely stay again.

Black stone was the perfect place for our family. Hands down the most thoughtful and well stocked rental we’ve ever booked. The beds were comfortable and the living room cozy and perfect for game nights by the fire. The place is about 15 minutes outside of downtown which wasn’t a big deal for us as it was quiet and beautiful next to the lake. There’s also several great hiking trails just up the road (check out Piedra Ice Fissures Trail). We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Also close to restaurants and the grocery store.
