Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pagosa Springs

This was a great place to stay! Lauren was very clear about instructions to help ease the anticipation of a new place. Amenities were so nice to have. Everything was very well cleaned. The location was great too! We definitely plan to be back!!

Great spot for our kids and grandkids with all 12 of us having comfortable sleeping accommodations. It was nice to have a separate den and living room and playroom with a pool table so the kids could watch television or play pool while the adults visited.

I love the way the home was creatively decorated in the theme of the day of the dead so much to look at It felt special ! The home was comfy. She had everything you needed. The hot tub and fire pit were easy to use , our pets loved it too ! The location is great as well We had a great time ! Lisa responds very quickly to any needs as well no waiting !

We absolutely loved our winter getaway stay at your rental. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything and more that we needed. We felt right at home. Can't wait to come back next year. Thank you again for going above and beyond with our kiddos. They have been talking about wanting to go back since we got home.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was so comfy and cozy and in the perfect location. The garage is a huge plus!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the fire places added a special touch! We will absolutely be back!

This air bnb has by far been my favorite. The location is better than I imagined. I got to walk onto the frozen lake and ice fish all day. The view from the hot tub was breathtaking. I will be returning!

This cozy little cabin was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. The location was great, close enough to town to easily run and enjoy downtown Pagosa but far enough out to enjoy the relaxing quiet. The cabin has everything you could possibly need to make all your meals. 30 minutes from Wolfcreek Skiing. Will definitely be back.

This home worked out great for our family for a short ski vacation. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again

Annette’s place is great. Clean and fully equipped and a beautiful view. Annette is also awesome, great to chat with and very responsive. I would stay again in a second.

The unit was a timeshare condo in a small village of 6 identical units. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchen with dishwasher and living room with pull out couch bed and TV, King Size bed with another TV, nice tall shower, small front patio for two chairs and a table. Everything was perfect for us. The Check In staff were helpful and easy to contact. This stay comes with a lot of amenities including the Rec Center and on Friday they had free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Pagosa in general is a great place to stay, definitely visit the Hidden Track when JB is bartending, but for this review I’ll stay focused on the lodging and host. If you follow Brooke’s instructions to give your name as written on your government ID and make sure your phone number is up to date in the AirBnB app, it was a seamless check in and a nice stay at a fair price. With good staff on site and clear communication from Brooke, this was the nicest and easiest AirBnB experience I’ve had.

Enjoyed my stay here. Place was clean and was a great spot to stay while snowboarding at wolf creek.

The *best* location in Pagosa! We didn’t use our car at all during our weekend getaway. Everything is pretty much in walking distance. The Airbnb is super cute and cozy!

Great stay for Spring Break - beautiful location in Colorado!

We had a great trip to Pagosa/Wolf Creek! This condo was perfect for our little family of 4. It was recently updated and had everything we needed! There was a stain on the shower curtain but I never mentioned it while we were there and that was our only concern with the cleanliness. We also had a constant sound in our master bedroom the first night but we did let them know about it and found out it was the sump pump under the house draining water from all the snow. They were able to turn it off and that fixed the sound so the rest of our nights were much more peaceful. Overall great and we would stay here again and recommend it to others!

My wife, dog, and I had a great stay at Danielle's Airbnb! The instructions to get into the Airbnb were well laid out and clear. I think the walkability of this property really set it apart. It was within walking distance of great restaurants, Pagosa Hot Springs, river walk, and Wolf Creek ski area was only about a half hour drive! When we arrived there was another guest who had a non stop barking dog, but a single text to Danielle and it was taken care of! Danielle was quick to respond and great communicator. We would definitely stay again!

Great value and location. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking pans, dishes, crock pot, etc…which made cooking easy. Beds were comfy. Lots of extra blankets and towels. Big washer and dryer which was nice for post ski laundry! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay. The location is very close to multiple local restaurants that are delicious. We drove up to Wolf Creek to ski multiple days and getting in and out from the condo could not have been easier. The unit itself was very nice. It had two nice sized bedrooms including one king size bed which is unique in my experience on Airbnb. They have a nice comfortable sectional couch that is quite large and easily accommodates multiple people while relaxing. Check in was easy and communication was perfect. I would stay here again.

Black stone was the perfect place for our family. Hands down the most thoughtful and well stocked rental we’ve ever booked. The beds were comfortable and the living room cozy and perfect for game nights by the fire. The place is about 15 minutes outside of downtown which wasn’t a big deal for us as it was quiet and beautiful next to the lake. There’s also several great hiking trails just up the road (check out Piedra Ice Fissures Trail). We would definitely return!
