"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

Deer View Lodge

Relax with the whole family or friends at Deer View Lodge. Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). There is a fully equipped kitchen including dining table for 6, shower room with double shower, lounge with a sofa bed and comfortable seating. There is an outside courtyard with BBQ and seating and also a pontoon overlooking the local countryside.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Based around a Victorian railway carriage, THE BOLTHOLE has been lovingly renovated to include all creature comforts and super fast wi-fi!
