The guest cottage is "attached" to the back side of the 1880's farm house and shares an acre of land. The property is located In the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, in the small town of Broadway. It is just a short drive from all the valley has to offer: hiking, Civil War battlefields, wineries, breweries, cavern tours, skiing, golfing, Shenandoah National Park, James Madison University, antique shopping, and Mennonite markets. You must be 25 or older to rent. There is a two night minimum stay.

As you approach the driveway on the private lane, you'll be welcomed by beautiful meadows and rolling hills. Set on 10 acres in a shaded, forest of mature trees it's comfortable year round. There are beautiful mountain views from several locations on the property. It's peaceful and quiet here most of the time. We're conveniently located just minutes from Flint Hill, not much farther to Washington VA, Sperryville and Front Royal. It's a two bedroom/one bathroom apartment above a detached garage.

Modern Cottage near Charlottesville

Bright and open studio space that sits on a 2.5 acre parcel and is about 150 feet away from the main house where we live. It is less than 10 minutes to the airport and under 30 minutes to downtown. The space features a kitchenette, one full bath and an open lofted bedroom space (queen size bed) upstairs. The twin beds are located on the main floor. We can only allow a maximum of 2 cars due to limited space on the property. Use of candles or fire stove is not permitted.
