Holiday rentals with a patio in Pagasetic Gulf

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

Πέρασα υπέροχα! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και ήσυχη, ιδανική για ταξίδι εργασίας ή χαλάρωση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και διαθέσιμος για κάθε απορία. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος σε κεντρική τοποθεσία με χώρο πάρκινγκ ακριβώς δίπλα στο κατάλυμα. Το δωμάτιο είχε όλες τις ανέσεις,με μινιμαλισμό διακόσμηση και πολύ καθαρό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφυλακτα

Het is precies of je de eerste gast ooit bent! Alles is zeer proper. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt in de studio. Het is het mooiste gebouw in de omgeving. Er is een leuke buitenplaats waar je ‘s avonds op je gemak een aperitiefje kan drinken. Goede restaurants die je te voet kan bereiken. De parking was voor onze huurauto ook een meerwaarde! En de host was een berichtje verwijderd met snelle respons. Top drie van de beste air bnb’s die wij al bezocht hebben over heel de wereld! Dankjewel

σούπερ φιλική επικοινωνία και αμεσότατη ανταπόκριση!! το σπίτι ήταν υπέρ καθαρό, ακόμα και που εμείς κάναμε την κράτηση τελευταία στιγμή! μα τι γαλήνιο και ήρεμο μπαλκόνι με την απολαυστική θέα και ήχο της θάλασσας!! με δυο τρία βήματα από το μονοπάτι έξω από το σπίτι βρίσκεσαι στην παραλία έτοιμος/η για βουτιά ή άραγμα και περπατώντας άλλα 5 λεπτά στο ‘κέντρο’ στην ακτογραμμή βρίσκεσαι ανάμεσα στους ανθρώπους τις καφετέριες τα τσιπουράδικα. εάν έχεις αυτοκίνητο επίσης η πρόσβαση στο υπόλοιπο Πήλιο ή Βόλο είναι εξίσου εύκολη. όχι απλά ένα must visit airbnb στην κάτω Γατζέα, αλλά ένα feeling like home place!! thank u yanniiiiis!!!

We loved our stay here, it was the perfect distance away from the city center but a walkable distance. Very clean space, the beds were made every day as well as the trash taken out. The staff there was the absolute kindest people. Very quiet surroundings. We loved the porch we could sit on with gorgeous views.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, καθαρό σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Η κυρία Αθανασία παρά πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστείς. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

The house is modest yet wonderful! a perfect Airbnb experience. Situated within an Olive Grove and with an amazing view to the sea, you wake up to the sound of birds and ocean waves, and everything around is green. Theres almost total privacy at any point of the backyard and house, and it's just a 2minute drive down to Chorefto Beach for Cafe or Taverns. The host is very nice and very helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations and information, we'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

The residence exceeded our expectations. An independent, tastefully decorated and well equiped house, cozy and comfortable all times of the day Nikos is a wonderful host. Friendly, easy going and helpful, but also very discreet. We would grab the opportunity to visit again anytime, 10/10 recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is wonderfully quiet. In the morning, all you can hear are the birds and the local church bell. Mia, the dog, is incredibly friendly, intelligent, and great company during breakfast outside. We visited at the end of March, so the nights were still a bit chilly, but the fireplace warmed up the space quickly. It was our first time in Greece, let alone Pelion, and Nikki provided us with valuable tips about the local area. We would definitely love to come back!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad! Er is een leuk zitje waar je privé in de schaduw kan zitten. Het huisjes is compleet, schoonmaakspullen, kruiden aanwezig. Kiriaki regeert snel als je haar iets vraagt. We hebben 2 keer gegeten in het restaurant van haar broer, Castella, een aanrader!! Je zit aan de zee! Erg veel leuke restaurantjes dichtbij. Het huisje zit in het rustige gedeelte, op loopafstand van de drukte. Perfect! Dank voor de mooie week!

On a great beach. A short drive to restaurants and a supermarket. Not walkable, but the beach and the view makes it a perfect spot to rest, relax, swim, and do laundry after a few days of hectic site seeing. It is a gem.

Zina nous a chaleureusement accueillis. Superbe vue de la terrasse sur le village d'Afetes et le golfe. La maison correspond à la description et nous avons eu un agréable séjour. L'adorable chat qui nous a adoptés le temps de notre séjour est resté dans nos coeurs.

Wo soll ich anfangen - Oma‘s Hütte ist ein Traum. Wer auf der Suche nach eine ruhigen und privaten Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Umgebung und Meerblick ist, ist hier richtig! Olga ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie hat uns den Weg zu dem Haus gezeigt und uns mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Oliven überrascht. Sie war gut erreichbar und hat uns regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Handtücher waren flauschig, die Betten bequem und die Terrasse geräumig mit mehren Sitzgelegenheiten umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten sogar das Glück Delfine von der Terrasse aus beobachten, bring also am besten ein Fernglas mit! Dank Olga haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Yanna was a terrific host and very keen to help out with all our questions and needs. She was also proactive in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is beautiful and the views from the three balconies stunning. The only downside was that public transport (one bus line to Skopelos Town at infrequent times) was insufficient to explore all parts of the island or even to go food shopping, so car rental was necessary, even though Yanna offered to give us lifts, when she was free. This was however easy and economic to arrange in Loutraki. We would certainly rent this property again!

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρος , περιποιημένος και με επιπλέον εκπληξεις από την οικοδέσποινα με προσωπική πινελιά!!! Το μόνο που υπάρχει σαν αγκαθακι είναι ότι δεν μπορεί να το βγάλει σαν διεύθυνση το GPS γιατί είναι αδιέξοδο σαν δρόμος και δεν το πιάνει. Αυτό όμως ΔΕΝ είναι παράλειψη από την οικοδέσποινα. Παρόλα αυτά η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ επικοινωνιακη και πρόθυμη για να μας βοηθήσει να το βρούμε!

Οροφοδιαμέρισμα πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο του Βολου και πσραλληλα σε ησυχη περιοχη. Ανετο που μας εκανε να νιωθουμε σν το σπιτι μας. Η οικοδέσποινα μας υποδεχτηκε, οχι σαν ενοικιαστες αλλα σαν αγαπημένους συγγενείς της. Πραγματικά η σταση της απέναντί μας ηταν συγκινητική. Την ευχαριστούμε και ευχομαστε κάθε καλό σε σε αυτη και την οικογένειά της.

The host Aλικη was very accommodating and responded to my messages immediately. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. The next time I visit Volos I will check again to see if Aλικη's loft is available!

Άνετο, καθαρό και ζεστό σπίτι! Εύκολο παρκάρισμα με ήσυχη γειτονιά.Ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ότι είναι στον 2ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ.

Ešte raz ďakujem. Povestná grécka dobrosrdečnosť a pohostinnosť. Cítila som sa ako doma, a tak som zmenila plány a ostala som v apartmáne o niekoľko dní dlhšie. Vidíme sa budúce leto!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, man ist ganz schnell in den Einkaufsstraßen von Volos und hat eine große Auswahl von Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist sehr interessant. Der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Volos bei einer sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

new, clean apartment with a large balcony Nikos is very helpful and responds immediately. easy to reach location and convenient for restaurants and shops. it is not easy to park because it is in a paid area but just go up the parallel street to leave the car.
