The apartment (approx. 75 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of a detached house (residential area "Auf der Lieth" = near the outskirts of Paderborn on the edge of a nature reserve) and is very quiet. It is 3.7 km to the city center and about 2.3 km to the university (approx. 30 min.) walk. We provide our guests with hand and surface disinfectants for their stay. The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the extension of a quiet rest farm just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

This 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a high-rise building offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has a washing machine and dryer, a 65-inch smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 250 Mbps). In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.
