Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Paddington

We thoroughly enjoyed spending our Christmas holiday here with our kids, ages 4 and 6. It was cozy and comfortable, and even decorated with a Christmas tree, which really made it feel like home. Nicely sized space. Convenient to all modes of public transportation, some great restaurants, and shops, but still on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the food basket, complete with some essentials, that welcomed us on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay with Karen and Nick. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and described on Airbnb. They were incredibly friendly and empathetic hosts. We slept like we were in the clouds – the bed was soft and cosy. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with fresh towels provided every other day. Our room was cleaned regularly, with fresh water, coffee, and milk replenished daily. We can wholeheartedly recommend Karen and Nick’s accommodation to anyone. Hope to see you again soon!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

Josephine and Richard are truly wonderful hosts. They respected my privacy while also being incredibly helpful with my tour planning. I felt completely relaxed—almost as if I were their daughter. Meeting such amazing hosts was one of the highlights of my trip to London. When I return to London, I’m sure I’ll stay with Josephine again!

A lovely place to stay – highly recommend.

The mattress and bed pillows are very comfortable—the best we’ve had in our Airbnb experience. Walkable to Ealing Broadway for every kind of shopping, and only one block to North Ealing station. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful.

The location was perfect. The building was quiet. Easy to get to 2 tube stations. And the canal walk is fun, safe and lovely.

It was a very nice apartment for our short stay of 3 days. Easy to find from the Paddington Tube Station. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Close walk to Hyde Park which is beautiful. Staff at the hotel were very nice. It was very clean and looks recently remodeled. I would certainly stay here again if we visited London.

5 stars isn’t enough! Aaron’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. He was an excellent host—super responsive, friendly, and communicative throughout our stay. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and Aaron went above and beyond by recommending an incredible sushi spot that I still dream about. The space itself was beautiful and thoughtfully maintained, but one major highlight: the bed. It was so comfortable that it honestly ruined other beds for us—we didn’t want to get up in the mornings! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

We had the best time staying at this location! Very easy when arriving from (or going to) Heathrow airport with big luggage. Also a perfect location to catch the bus or the tube (several lines minutes away!) and many options for delicious international food in the area. Communication with the host was excellent and proactive, making the whole experience smooth and very enjoyable!

Absolutely wonderful flat!! One of the best I’ve stayed in. Beautiful, spacious, clean, well-equipped with many thoughtful touches. It was perfect for our family of four, and the location was fabulous. I really loved staying here and highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed. It’s in a nice location, a bit of a walk to the tube, but the area has lots to offer with shops, restaurants, pubs and the famous portobello market. We appreciated the welcome breakfast and lots of tea choices. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Everything was wonderful! Location felt safe and private, and the flat was spotless. I really appreciated the power converters stashed all around. The only thing I could have used was a full length mirror. Dan was also kind enough to accommodate my requests for early check in and late check out, due to my travel schedule. I would absolutely love to return again. 5 stars ✨

Spotless apartment with everything you need in a great location with train station, cafes, restaurants and bars all at your doorstep. Agathae and Giovanni were very easy to deal with making check in very easy. Can recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in London.

Wonderful gem in a great location! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washer, plus storage & closet space! There was even a fan if you needed it and an iron/ironing board too. Nice private & cite balcony terrace since it's on the top (5th floor). Luckily the elevator went to the 4th floor so we only had to walk up one flight. Super quiet building....never saw or heard anyone else the whole time we were there.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

I had an amazing time! I would totally recommend this place for every person who’s alone on vacation and wants to explore the city. The hosts were very friendly!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a great location- walking distance to charming Marylebone and pretty central to everything else. We travelled with our 14 month old and the apartment was perfectly suited for him, with a crib, high chair, even some toys! We would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay in London. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central London and is close to great shops, restaurants and tube stations. Elena allowed early check in and was very responsive. I recommend this flat to anyone who wants to stay in London.
