Architecturally remodelled the space keeps many of its traditional terrace features, with tasteful modernisation, including - - Loads of natural light from glass skylights in the main living area - Quality furnishings and art throughout - Timber floors in main living and kitchen, with wool carpet in the bedroom - Ducted climate aircon throughout, ensures comfort on hot Sydney days and nights - including in bedroom - Full laundry including washing machine, dryer and tub (detergent supplied) - Induction cooking and cookware provided - Double integrated Dishdraw (dishwasher) - Filtered water & ice dispensing refrigerator - Marble bathroom, with underfloor heating and dual shower heads - including waterfall head - Access to wifi and Apple TV/Netflix on 50" smart LCD television - Private courtyard and outdoor table accessed via bi-fold doors - Separate home-office space, with built-in desk - Bedroom and living area separated by hallway - Queen size bed with new high-end, medium/firm latex mattress - All bedding and linen provided for your stay, including towels and beach towels No interaction necessary - keys are accessed via lock-box to let yourself in. My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.

A beautiful and classic 1890's light filled terrace house situated in the Paris end of William Street in the heart of Paddington. Used as a salon for bespoke Wedding Dresses when not occupied by the owner, whose travel means that this amazing and unique space can be shared with the world. Old world features combined with art adorned walls and with a recent renovation which ensures a unique and luxurious experience.
