In the heart of the village of Moissieu-sur-Dolon, discover this old farm from 1890, renovated in 2024. Nestled in a quiet environment, this 140 m² house is a peaceful haven for families looking for nature and space. The swimming pool, located in the owners' garden just in front of the house, is exclusively accessible to you from 10 AM to 12 PM and from 3 PM to 5 PM. La Loge is a rooftop penthouse apartment with high-end amenities. You can enjoy 60 m2 for a maximum of 2 people, with a queen size double bed. Comfort and tradition: exposed beams, air conditioning, fibre optic internet and a range of TV channels, a fully equipped kitchen, carefully selected decor, an exhibition of works of art, a terrace, a balcony and private parking for an additional fee. Jacuzzi shared with La Tour, our other apartment.

This pretty cottage in the middle of the countryside welcomes you alone or with others in a pleasant and quiet setting. There is a nice little shaded terrace overlooking the fields. You will also have a private parking and a small green space . Close to the axis of the Rhône Valley with shops, leisure activities. If you want to visit more, we are about 45 minutes from Lyon, the Massif Central, the Drome des Collines and Valence
