Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pacé

This is a very cool, modern purpose-built guesthouse. It has very modern facilities, including coffee machine etc. The heating is a very cool automatic wood-fire, but it is quite complicated so I would recommend discussing it with Adrien so he can set the timer to suit you. The location is very rural, with chickens and geese for neighbours! It was perfect for my cycle ride up through France to St Malo.

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

My husband, our dog, and I had a great time in the house provided by Béatrice, very clean and cool accommodation, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen is there, even more than usual, it's simple, there's everything. Clean and comfortable bed, cool house despite the high temperatures of the weekend. Béatrice and her little family gave us a special welcome with small unforeseen activities around their 4-legged residents, a real pleasure. A very quiet and peaceful place, lots of places to walk in the countryside, ideal for our furry companion and ourselves. The icing on the cake, our host did not hesitate to help us out at the last minute with aluminium for our sandwiches. We'd recommend it without a second thought.

A tastefully furnished duplex. It feels like home with the addition of a little Christmas decoration that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for visiting the pretty city of Dinan on foot! I recommend it without a second thought.

What a lovely home and garden right close to all that Dinan has to offer. The river and path behind the home are lovely. They contribute to the home greatly. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and all the appliances worked well I rented Millefleurs and loved the garden. It is worth noting that the foot traffic in the apartment above the garden unit will be heard in this unit. I suppose it is a function of the building’s age (I believe it dates back to the 1600’s). I used ear plugs to counter the noise at bedtime. If no one is staying above you, you will enjoy lots of quiet solitude! I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again. Ear plugs did work!

Great stay with friends in the big house. Very simple and clear communication with Emmanuel. The place was very functional for 12 people. We also enjoyed the accessible games. The proximity to Dinan and even Rennes was a plus too. We would highly recommend it and will gladly come back :)

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Disappointed by the last-minute announcement of an inaccessible pool. On the other hand, we found a very nice volume of living rooms for a stay of 8 adults. Quiet accommodation and close to the village of Léhon: beautiful discovery. (Abbey, castle, canal de la Rance...)

Great weekend spent with the family! (4 adults, 5 children). Virginia is a very available and kind host, the contact went very well. Concern the accommodation, it is as described: 4 clean and spacious bedrooms, functional kitchen with everything you need, games and books for children inside the house as well as outdoor games. A large land not overlooked, surrounded by fields, that gives a real kind of freedom. Wood made available for the stove or the barbecue with all the necessities to turn it on There's nothing missing from this house! The big plus: a superb indoor and heated swimming pool that made young and old happy! Thanks again to Virginia who was even accommodating until the end by shifting the checkout time so we can better organize ourselves with small children! See you soon😊.

Very good stay in this lovely house that offers a quality service, beautifully decorated and clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. The whole family enjoyed staying in this house which also has a beautiful soul because it feels like a family home. In addition, its location allows quick access to: Saint Sulliac, Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale... We enjoyed after days of visiting to settle in this house which is in a quiet environment.
