Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Small 20 m2 studio with 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a small terrace. Very quiet place 5 minutes from the city center and its shops, small city of character with its artisans and its renovated washhouses, beautiful boat trips on the river. Renovated and furnished studio. Good quality sofa bed for 2 people and 1 mezzanine bed that can accommodate 2 adults. No pets allowed. Pontrieux is 20 minutes from the beaches.

L' appartement est situé en plein cœur du centre ville de Guingamp. il est au 2e étage d'un bel immeuble guingampais face à la Basilique. Il est composé d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, d'une chambre et d'une salle de douche. A votre arrivée, le lit sera fait et vous aurez 2 serviettes à disposition par personne. Toutes les commodités sont en bas de l immeuble. Il y a des parkings à proximité pour se garer.

It is close to the center of the seaside resort with access via the large pedestrian seawall to the casino, cinema, restaurants, supermarket and marine spa. It is also close to the typical and historic port of Dahouët.

Ideally located between land and sea, this house, fully restored in 2021, offers you the best conditions for a lovely family vacation.
