Monthly Rentals in Oxmoor

I stayed here for 2 months and I had such a great experience I looked into getting a regular lease at a different unit in the building. Amazing location. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Fully furnished kitchen. The regular tenants in the building are quiet and friendly. Jacob is a wonderful host and very helpful and responsive. He was very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay in short notice. Only downsides: hearing the street racing at night (but that is unavoidable in DT bham) and the Wi-Fi is a little slow at times. Overall highly recommend and would book again!

The stay here was very nice. The host was very responsive, friendly and professional. The building and the apartment space were very clean. Having to access the apartment and the building via the latch app made the stay feel secure and safe. There is also easy access from parking garage next to the building in which you’d have to pay to park, but there is plenty of free street parking across the street from the building and on the next block over. I would definitely stay here if/when I visit the Birmingham area again.
