Monthly Rentals in Owenriff River

What a wonderful place to stay! Kate and her parents greeted us upon arrival and made us feel so welcome. We were tired from our journey, and she had the beds preheated for a cozy nap, some Guiness and prosecco, soda bread, crackers, simply everything we needed to feel right at home. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and the cottage was a perfect location for getting out and seeing the Connemara area. The village is easily walkable, which was great for being able to enjoy dinner and some pints. Highly recommend Powers, Flaherty's and Sullivan's Country Grocer. The cottage was clean, well equipped to cook, and so very cozy. We really enjoyed Sylvester as well. Such a friendly kitty! Thank you, Kate, for everything! We hope to return again sometime!

What a great time we had. I was with a group of 4 long time friends from the United States. I was the only one that had been to Ireland previously and the house was perfect for us. We had enough space that we were not on top of each other. We could walk (although a little further than we preferred) to the downtown area. Kathleen provided recommendations before we arrived. The quaint town had everything we needed with pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. We golfed the local course too. The house was exactly as described. The only issue i had and is the same with so many places in Ireland is that parking was tight and the driveway is tough to get in and out of with traffic but we made it work. Thank you so much for offering your place to help make our trip so great and created lifetime memories.

A truly wonderful stay! After a long day of wind and rain, arriving at this warm and cozy cottage was the perfect comfort. The water pressure in the shower and kitchen was excellent — we enjoyed a relaxing hot shower that felt amazing after being out in the weather. The house itself is beautifully decorated, full of warmth and charm, creating a lovely contrast to the wild natural surroundings outside. We truly appreciated the Anne’s warm welcome and quick responses throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
