Bright, self contained 3 bedroom house in a quiet area with beautiful views, free parking, a perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs, ideal for families or contractors. Being out of the city centre you even get free parking. The house has lovely views and is recently decorated. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, American fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Welcome to Seadowns, our five-bedroom holiday home in the Roedean area of Brighton. The house is only 10 minutes drive from the town centre, but this is far enough away to be in a quiet area with free parking. The beach is 5 minutes walk, and there are great footpaths over the hills towards Ovingdean and Rottingdean. It is a comfortable, easy base for exploring Brighton and the surrounding countryside and worth visiting any time of year.

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
