Stugan är belägen på samma gård som värdparet, i ett lugnt bostadsområde, nära Siljan (4 km in till Leksand). Det finns tillgång till en lokal badstrand för de boende i området. Skogen finns invid husknuten med längdskidspår (upp till Granbergets skidanläggning). Lämplig utgångspunkt för många aktiviteter; Sommarland (6 km), Tegera Arena och Lugnets idrottsanläggning (ca. 5 km). Med bil finner du många slalombackar och de intilliggande städerna Falun, Mora och Borlänge med många utflyktsmål.

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Huset har fyra sovrum samt en källare med ytterligare möjligheter till sovplatser (sommartid). Nära till lekplatser, Siljan och centrum. På gården bor även våra två kaniner Oboy och Epa-Jocke som väldigt gärna tas om hand under er vistelse. Huset hyrs inte ut till yngre vuxna/tonåringar. Fester är ej tillåtet. Gäster städar innan utcheckning! Handdukar/sängkläder ingår ej

It is a guest house on an old farm with horses and sheep in a very quiet and rural area with chickens and rabbits in walking distance, suitable for a family with children. Beach, nature reserve and walking paths are 500 m away. Central Leksand is one kilometre away, exercise and ski tracks just a bit further. Raised garden with barbecue facilities where you can sit and eat.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med skogen precis bakom hörnet. Marker rikt på bär och svamp. Västerläge med sol på den vackra verandan hela dagen. Nära till centrala Leksand, nära till badplats vid Dalälven och Tibble Bystuga. Stor tomt med egen äng och natur. Bastu och eldstäder i huset. Granbergets fina skidbackar ligger 16 km från huset.

Perfekt boende för dig som stannar över en helg eller upp till ett par veckor med närhet till det mesta i Leksand. Boendet är direkt beläget vid turistvägen som tar dig Siljan runt. 1,8 km till resecentrum, 1,3 km till centrum med butiker och 600 m till närmsta badstrand i Siljan. Vintertid finns skidspår och skidanläggning (Granberget) i närheten.

Charming apartment overlooking Lake Upplimmen. The apartment is in an old valley courtyard. We are permanently staying in the yard. The house is from the middle of the 19th century and carefully renovated. Scenic surroundings and walking distance to swimming.
