Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Op het mooiste plekje van Nederland, midden in het prachtig natuurgebied de Weerribben ligt de woning. Gelegen direct aan het water is er alle gelegenheid tot het huren van bootjes, kano's, fietsen of een sup. De boerderij ligt aan het Zuiderzeepad en vele fietsknooppunten. Het ruime appartement heeft 2 aparte slaapkamers voor totaal 4 personen. Eventueel is een derde slaapkamer/studio apart bij te boeken, enkel in combinatie met het appartement. Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. Chickens roam freely in the garden. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes, e-bikes and a tandem bike.

NEW🌟Guesthouse ‘ Het Koetshuis’ met zwemvijver

Sinds augustus 2021 is ons koetshuis omgebouwd tot Guesthouse! Het hosten van het eerste Guesthouse beviel zo goed dat we besloten er een tweede bij te zetten. Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland. Dit alles toegankelijk voor onze gasten. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

Vakantiewoning ligt aan en nabij het water op een unieke locatie geheel omringd door een prachtig natuurgebied nationaal park Weerribben en wieden. Vanuit het huis, is het bij uitstek geschikt voor het maken van een fietstocht, varen, vissen of kanoën. Ook kunt u vanaf de woning, de pittoreske dorpjes bekijken zoals Giethoorn, Kalenberg, Ossenzijl. Maar ook het havenstadje Blokzijl heeft veel bezienswaardigheden. 'The First of November' Sfeervol Guesthouse

Het huisje is een pareltje aan het Ganzendiep. Een oase van rust en tegelijkertijd op 20 minuten fietsen (10 autominuten) van het historische centrum van Kampen. Het huisje is warm en stijvol ingericht waardoor je je direct welkom en thuis voelt. Afstand tot Kampen 10 autominuten, afstand tot Zwolle 30 autominuten. Het huisje is geschikt voor twee personen (eventueel met baby, campingbedje niet inbegrepen) en solo-avonturiers.

De plaatsjes Kalenberg, Blokzijl, Giethoorn en Dwarsgracht bevinden zich op fietsafstand. Of huur een bootje om vanaf het water de Weerribben te bekijken.
