Holiday rentals with a patio in Overberg District Municipality

Awesome location! Very nice apartment with everything you need. The only thing I missed was a Nespresso machine, but then again, there is lots of coffee places nearby – ha-ha!

Very easy to find and positioned so well in the town. Everything is in walking distance! Safe parking and a nice apartment! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly 🙌🔥

This is the second time that I have stayed at Wikje’s place, and once again I was so impressed! I have stayed in both the loft and the guest room now, and both are super clean, comfortable and beautifully done.

We loved our stay at the Tram Stop! The apartment was beautifully decorated and had extra amenities that were really thoughtful! Great location for the wine tram and close to restaurants too. Overall an awesome place to stay!

We were very pleased with our stay with the owners. They met us when we arrived. Before the meeting they sent us the exact point of the house so that it would be easy for us to find it. The owners explained in detail where and what is and how to use what. But the most important thing is the view from the apartment - it will not leave anyone indifferent. This view was magnificent. We thank the owners for the cozy and beautiful housing.

We enjoyed staying at the cottage so much. It's beautifully decorated and in such a peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and the cottage's close proximity to the nature reserve. Everything you need is there, including the awesome fireplace that creates cosy evenings. Having sweet Lotus around as well was a major bonus! 🐱

This place was amazing! Very clean, safe, and the views were spectacular! Check was super easy and communication was great. If we get back we will definitely stay again!

We had the most incredible stay and cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Rozanne made us feel completely at home — she’s a truly exceptional host: warm, thoughtful, and always available if we needed anything. The home itself is stunning, with stylish and beautifully curated interior décor that strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The indoor fireplace was a cozy highlight, and we spent unforgettable dinners at the indoor Braai (bbq) enjoying great food. And the view — absolutely to die for. Waking up to the sight of Springboks and Zebras roaming in the distance felt like something out of a dream. Despite its elegant design, the house was surprisingly child-friendly, making it an ideal getaway for our whole family. Every detail was considered. We’re already thinking of our return — next time, to catch the whales! Thank you again, Rozanne, for everything.

I am writing this review while we are still at the property. We have stayed in many AirBnB's, but never have we encountered a place as fascinating as Kloof House. Nestled into the trees, at the bottom of the mountains, is this haven of peace. Due to the way it is built we feel one with nature. The interior is thoughtfully dominated by wood and endless floor to ceiling glass, it is warm and intriguing. We constantly stop to gaze at the forest. It almost feels a bit like being part of Jurassic Park, just without the dinosaurs. Inside it is pure luxury, no expenses have been spared, top notch appliances and so generously stocked, incredibly beautiful and stylish furniture, insanely comfortable beds. The nature pool, large hot tub and braai area are a real treat. All of this coupled with the friendliness and immediate responsiveness of the hosts makes this getaway one we will never forget. Thank you so much Keri and Louise!! 

We had such a relaxing stay, exactly what we needed. The space was private, peaceful, and well set up for a comfortable break. Our host was responsive and made everything easy. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

What a privilege to stay at Julie’s place! The setting is gorgeous, hard to tear yourself away and go do the countless wonderful things available to do in the area. Right next to a small game farm with springbok, zebra,nyala. Located on a vibrant working vineyard, nestled in a refulgent colorful garden with a backdrop of stunning mountains. Everything you could want or need provided- even a cozy wood burning stove for winter evenings. Treat yourselves to the short hike up to the reservoir and swim in that secluded and majestic spot. Great birdlife. Overall excellent!

What a GREAT stay, extremely happy and a great location

Absolutely loved Ann’s place, the security was super helpful and friendly, also loved that there were some waters and eet-some-mores in the fridge, I was super grateful for those, definitely was a super sweet surprise! Ann was super easy to communicate with and gave clear and easy to follow instructions for check in!

We decided on an unscheduled trip to visit the kids in Stellenbosch. Looked for a place to just sleep as our itenirary was jam packed. I booked, and minutes later received confirmation and instructions. Well communicated, everything was as it is described. Book here if you need a good value 1-2 day stopover. You will not be disappointed.

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und fanden die direkte Lage zum Meer optimal! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns super Tipps für Umgebung gegeben. Wir hatten auch große Freude die Hunde und Katzen zu streicheln - sie waren sehr süß und gut erzogen!

Such an amazing place and host, loved the fact that Colin bought us coffee, juice and milk.. the place is a literal dream and spotless . Colin is always available to respond and assist with whatever , very polite and made it so easy to live in his house .

Fantastic apartment right in the very heart of Franschhoek - perfectly located for events happening in town. The apartment has everything one would need for a great stay. Mark is a very welcoming and accomodating host. One thing to note - It is directly above two restaurants which can make things a bit noisy - if you want total peace and quiet this might not work for you as the vibes continues into the night but if you enjoy such vibes this is an amazing spot. We will definitely be back!
