Monthly Rentals in Over Kellet

This property was beautiful, and as described. I would go as far as saying it exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home from home. We visited with our dog and a lovely touch was the dog basket with blankets, towels and treats. It was spotlessly clean and had all the little things that you seem to forget when going away for a few days (salt, pepper, cleaning products). The host was very attentive and sent us so much information beforehand (where to visit, eat, local shops etc.) The property was situated in a quiet area with a little pond opposite us, it was lovely to see the ducks plodding along throughout the day. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a few days relaxation, sight seeing and peace and quiet to give this property a go!

We had a short but lovely stay in this home from home with our 3 dogs. We were given clear instructions on parking and entering. Sarah popped in to see us after we'd unpacked with lots of local information and advice on places to go to visit and eat. The house was beautifully presented and had all the equipment we needed for our stay. We found ourselves spending quite a bit of time in the house enjoying the peace and quiet. Our younger dogs loved to watch the birds fly along going to and from their nests. All in all a very enjoyable place to stay. Oh and the bath was great for my aching back.

Very clean, comfortable and uncluttered apartment. Light and spacious. Great view of the sea - sunsets were lovely. Attractive village nearby had all the amenities we wanted. Parking was easy and only a few metres away.

We were having renovations done at our property and this was within walking distance. What we thought would take a few months took 9. Anne-Marie was very helpful and we were able to extend our stay at least three times. She always asked us if we needed too before accepting other bookings which was a great help. The property is comfortable, warm and pretty well equipped. The only down side for us was the lack of a washing machine but that we overcame and all the towels and bedding was provided every week which was a plus. The stairs to the flat are quite steep but well lite. So would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but there is another flat available at ground level. Anne-Marie was friendly and responded very promptly to any questions we had.
