Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. Our apartment is located about 100 meters from Praia Grande, one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches in Arraial do Cabo, and is ideal for families, with or without children, and/or groups of friends of up to 9 people. Near our cozy space, there are several restaurants and bars along the waterfront. Excellent apartment with large living room, kitchen, enclosed balcony that can become a pleasant room with a beautiful view at dawn; three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
