Located in the countryside less than 2 hours from PARIS, 20 minutes from ÉTRETAT, the proximity of FECAMP will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the city center (less than 5 minutes), its beach and the sea (10 minutes) as well as its Fisheries Museum. The south-facing house is built on a partially enclosed 3000 m2 wooded lot.

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Gîte 7 km from the sea. Located near the towns of Fécamp (12 km), Etretat (27 km). You will visit the Alabaster Coast, land of the High Cliffs. You can take walks to Lake Caniel for summer tobogganing, water skiing, bowling... In the gite formula, you have towels and sheets. On the other hand, you do not have breakfasts included but can take them as an option, you just have to let us know when you arrive.

Close to the sea, and in the heart of the Normandy countryside, I am pleased to welcome you to my 400 m² house, completely restored to regain its authenticity and charm in its 2 hectare park (5000 m² usable). This typical farm is located in its enclosed farmhouse with its horses (depending on the season) and surrounded by fields. Modernity and authenticity are the key words of our house.

At the foot of the Ponant there are hikes (including the GR21), but also one of the only sandy beaches on the coast. Come and clear your head, and discover this beautiful and wild corner. Right between Fécamp and Etretat, there are plenty of things to see, do and experience.

This is a 17th century's long house divided in 3 parts. Separation walls are heavy and the acoustic insulation is excellent. You have your own full equipped terrace , and the bakery is just in front.
