Our stay lived up to our expectations and more . The villa is clean and beautiful , its garden a haven of peace . The caretaker remained at our disposal discreetly , polite available friendly, a nice meeting and a nice exchange . Likewise for the delicious food of Fatima , incredibly good tagines from the Moroccan pancakes of good tea every morning . A treat and a lovely person. The villa is secure , but you need to be transported! Pool a little cold but we were only in May which did not stop the children from swimming anyway . The villa is located 30 minutes from Marrakech which is relaxing . It has everything nearby to do some shopping . Marielle organized a treasure hunt for the kids which we enjoyed . A very nice stay , we will definitely be back. Small downside wifi a little unstable . But everything was perfect Thanks to Marielle , and especially Ayoub and Fatima .

Beautiful place and amenities. Staff was great and the host organized really good team for transporting us everyday. Marrakech is beautiful. Villa is a distance from downtown but the peacefullness makes up for it.

This is the most amazing villa set in wonderful gardens. Each room is furnished beautifully and there are multiple seating areas in the garden and around the pool. Such a tranquil and relaxing place. The housekeeper was very welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast each morning. She is an amazing cook and we had several meals that were delicious - I would recommend the lemon chicken. The villa is about 30 mins from the medina and we visited several days. Sabrina was easy to contact and provided helpful advice. I would totally recommend this villa and happily stay again when we next busy marrakech. Thank you

Nicolas and most Jennifer answered all our questions and we came to a peaceful villa that had our own guard and gardener who took care of the place. We had a tight drain in the bathroom and Muhamed arranged it in 2 minutes after we notified him. 👍 The villa and pool area are washed daily, new towels every day etc. We ordered chef Fuzia during the whole stay who cooked for us and the food she cooked was absolutely lovely. Everything from lunch to lujs, snacks and dinner. Unfortunately, since we don't speak Arabic or French had to use Google translate but it also went very well. This is a place I would highly recommend for families who want peace and quiet in private surroundings. Tip: The villa is outside the city and you are completely dependent on a car to get to and from Marrakech so I recommend renting a car. All in all a great experience for us and big thanks to the hosts, the caretaker Muhamed and not least the chef Fouzia!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful and cozy villa. We stayed a little over a week and took full advantage of the villa's amenities: heated pool, ping pong table, preparation of delicious dishes by the wonderful Khadija, high speed wifi and quality bedding. We highly recommend this villa with a responsive and friendly Rachid host!

A gorgeous home with outstanding service, our family couldn’t have been happier. We felt at home and transported by the authenticity of the space and warmth and kindness of the staff. The most peaceful setting close to all the excitement of marrakesh.

Very quiet place, no traffic. We didn’t use the pool as too cold in Dec but the pool was constantly cleaned. Garden is nice with hammock and seating. Bed lining was very clean. Two children met us on arrival to pass us the keys and the gardener came out from the house opposite immediately when I asked for parking and check out. Parking inside the gate is doable but pretty tight - small car and good driving recommended. I parked inside once and asked if I could park next door and it was OK, easy parking and close. Wifi works well and we streamed on TV for children. A nice place, only downside would be finding it and parking inside. Best way of finding it would be ask for the address of the school, which is on a main road. Right next to the school, you turn inside on mud track but you arrive in 1-2 minutes. The only park you have to use a mud track was the last 300 meters but Google maps took me to a few km of narrow mud track.

Amazing Villa , amazing staff who made the most wonderful food I have ever eaten ! Every bedroom was beautiful . Lots to do at the Villa for our family , and the transport and drivers were great for getting to and from the airport and into the centre. Would love to return one day .

Friendly house overall with a very nice exterior (swimming pool, gym, sports field, garden). Very kind and responsive staff as needed. Small negative point with some missing or broken equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, little cooking equipment and plates, cutlery, glasses. Not specified in the advertisement, the hammam is paid after 2 uses.

Had my hen weekend here and everything was perfect! The villa is stunning and Mohamed was a perfect host. Responsive and went above and beyond to make the weekend special for me and my friends. Will definitely be coming again!

I’ve stayed in many villas in Marrakesh , this was by far the best. Beautifully decorated well done Nawal. Saida, the governess was excellent and the garden and outside area was stunning. Very safe and secure. Tennis and a nice children’s park and a plus.

Wow - what a stay at Dar Banati! The villa is absolutely beautiful, large spaces, great bedrooms and a truly magical outside space with a large pool and some really well thought out and comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy meals outside. The photos don’t do this villa justice - it’s just magical. Around 30 minutes from the Medina by car and extremely well landscaped and peaceful - the perfect spot for a stay in Marrakech. The team at the villa were incredible, from answering any questions and help in arranging trips and restaurant bookings in advance. Helping create the perfect catering package for our group and much much more! During our stay, I can’t say enough about the villa team. They were absolute perfection, extremely professional and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the most magical few days with them. We did half board and the food and service was incredible. If I could give more stars overall I would. Thank you for such a happy and memorable stay!

Great Stay at this Villa, the house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked well and we enjoyed the cinema room, its also close to Marrakech city center

A real haven of peace we had a great stay, Smahine is very responsive and attentive to her hosts, special mention to the cook who was adorable and her meals were delicious thank you to her. The heated pool is a real plus the super comfortable sunbeds and the ping pong table a nice bonus. The bedding was comfortable and no noise at night, we will come back.

What a lovely week we spent in Adbou's beautiful villa! The pool and garden area are even more beautiful than the photos. We went with our 3 children (1, 4,5) and they all loved the villa. It especially worked well on the hotter days (27+) as the cold water pool was really refreshing, and the villa stays very cool inside. We needed to do quite alot of super market trips into Marrakech as there really isn't any other local shops- so definitely worth getting a rental car as it's a 30, sometimes 40 minutes trip each way. Abdou and his wife cooked me and my husband a meal on one of the nights which was a real treat. The garden is so beautifully kept and very private, with eating areas etc so we spent most of our time out there. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed (although I struggled with the drip coffee machine!) and showers get nice and hot. WiFi comes in and out but worked well most days. I hope we will be able to come back again!

We had a great stay. Youssef was very responsive to questions and requests. The house was clean and child-friendly, with a high chair, corner protectors on the table, and a stair gate — so we didn’t have to worry. The private chef, Zahra, communicated clearly, was proactive, and thought along with us. The pool was clean and heated as promised.

If you love peace and privacy, this is the ideal house. Clean and spacious ! The garden with entertainment for the kids and the beautiful swimming pool make it an ideal stay. Marwan secured the house in the night ( not because it's not safe but more because it's a little remote) . In addition, Marwan can provide you with everything. His wife makes delicious breakfasts or other desired meals on request. Very nice man who is very serviceable.

A real little piece of heaven! We had an amazing stay at this renovated farmhouse with a pool. The garden is spacious, very well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The kids loved the toys and the outdoor space, everything is designed for families. The place is quiet, surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing. Host was welcoming and considerate. We'll be right back!

The villa was beautiful, with very spacious rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and toilet, and direct access to the pool. Host was very responsive and available throughout the stay. We also appealed to the cook Laaziza, who was very kind and prepared delicious dishes for us. A memorable experience, I highly recommend!
