Résidence Churchill, 13min à pied de la mer
Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier large et sa propre place de parking privé, cet appartement lumineux se trouve dans une résidence entretenue et sans vis à vis, il possède une chambre séparée, un canapé lit et un lit parapluie. Proche de tous commerces ( carrefour, boulangerie, restaurant ect ) du port et de la 4 voies reliant Caen. Chaque vendredi matin, un marché s’installe avec ses produit locaux a 10min à pied. J’habite à 7min en voiture, donc très réactif sauf imprévu

Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni. Je peux vous proposer gracieusement 2 vélos. Il est interdit de fumer dans le logement.

Situation exceptionnelle pour cet appartement avec balcon vue mer et accès direct à la plage à 50m. la digue et la piste cyclable se situent en face de la résidence.vous pourrez rejoindre le centre ville à pied en 10mn ou à vélo en 5mn tout en longeant la mer. à 350m,Centre commercial Auchan et tous ses commerces(vêtements,Bricomarché, coiffeur,garage,laverie automatique,pizza à emporter…). proche du centre ville de Ouistreham avec ses restaurants et ses boutiques,le casino,mini golf…

Superbe 2 pièces très lumineux, calme, rénové en 2021, au 2e étage d'une résidence de charme, à 80 m de la plage Sword Beach. Balcon au soleil, vue sur le manoir. Une chambre indépendante très confortable et 1 canapé lit neuf. Idéal pour un séjour en amoureux ou à 4! Supermarché à 200 m, à proximité des commerces (boulangerie, restaurants de fruits de mer, glacier, club de voile, etc). Piste cyclable à 100 mètres pour longer la côte sur 17 kilomètres jusqu'à Caen. Netflix gratuit!

Joli F2 refait à neuf avec terrasse et jardin à 50m de la plage, accès direct au club de voile, location de paddle.. piste cyclable pour longer les plages du débarquement et rejoindre la ville de Caen par le canal. Très proche supermarché et nombreux commerces de proximité (lavomatique, cordonnerie...) sans oublier le casino, la thalasso et son spa accessible à la journée, centre équestre etc... En voiture : 15min de Caen, 2h00 de Paris. Arrêt de bus à proximité.
La Petite Maison de Ouistreham
En 2018, nous achetons cette grande maison toute abîmée avec le projet de la rénover entièrement et d'habiter à la mer. Nous commençons par retaper le gîte, pour y vivre avec notre petit garçon de 6 mois, avant d'attaquer la rénovation de la grande maison. Et c'est ainsi que le gîte est naturellement devenu La Petite Maison. Nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir, au calme, dans ce joli F1 intégralement de plain pieds et donnant sur le jardin.

Stationnement gratuit dans la propriété. Stationnement payant du 01/03 au 31/10 dans la rue. Branchement véhicule électrique interdit. Garage dans la propriété pour abriter velos motos. Animaux acceptés après accord.
