Our stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely wonderful! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for families, with multiple comfortable rooms and a stunning outdoor area. The sparkling swimming pool and fountain seating area made our afternoons so relaxing, while the backyard citrus trees added a lovely natural touch. The location was ideal, just a 7-minute drive to a major supermarket. One of the highlights was the daily fresh milk and free-range eggs from local farmers. The hospitality truly made our stay exceptional: Achraf was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Fatima, who welcomed us, was warm, generous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Shayma helped with housekeeping upon request and was attentive and kind. Overall, this villa was the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat.

Excellent apartment right at the entrance to the Mellah in the Medina. It's huge actually with 3 bedrooms, a lounge and a dining room. Very nice decoration and a super responsive and friendly host. Removal and deposit of keys in the ground floor shop. And the bonus: the bakery just across. That's perfect and we highly recommend this address!

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. Fatna's welcome is amazing: she is an extremely kind, considerate and discreet person but who warmly shares her Moroccan culture (and her cuisine). As for Jean, he is very responsive and gives very good advice. In short, this place is a real rare find!

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is very clean with all the necessary amenities, the pool is large and well maintained in the presence of lifeguards, the residence is monitored by a private company 24/7 which is important for the safety of children. I recommend this listing.

This was my second time staying in this apartment, i cannot recommend enough. The location is perfect for rabat, everything you need in walking distance and everywhere else in the city easy to get to with tram links nearby. The apartment has everything you need. The area is super safe and pierre was a great host, easy check in experience and easy to communicate with.

I’ve travelled to Morocco many times and this was the first time I’ve decided to go Airbnb instead of hotels! I must say being away from the typical destinations was worth it. The accommodation was at a high standard with an easy access to the beach and a Golf course. The location is very family friendly and the host was a great as she helped us to easily organise local trips to Rabat and Casablanca. Safaa’s place was a great find for us! Her apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is an elevator so if you have mobility issues, this is a great choice. We would happily stay again and again!

Simply the best! The place is impeccably clean, safe, secure, and wonderfully peaceful—what more could you ask for? If you're looking to escape the hustle and noise of the city, this is the perfect retreat. It's easy to find and conveniently located near Rabat, Bouznika, and Skhirat, with plenty to explore within a 30-minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful guidebook provided upon arrival, detailing various activities in the area. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back!

An impeccable stay. Botaina is very nice and responsive. She responds very quickly to various questions asked The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. It's big and clean. The neighborhood is very, pleasant. Rabat is a beautiful city. Getting around is easy to walk if you like to walk ( 2 km agdal rabat station... To take casa, Tangier and others trains to visit other cities.) Otherwise you can ask the small blue taxis to drive you into the city center for a short while. Finally the tram line 2 is a 15 min walk and will take you to the center towards the medina. So everything is As stated by Botaina. Recommended
