Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Oued Bou Regreg

A very modern and beautiful place in safe location. Looks better than in photos and has all amenities listed. When small things were lacking, Younes was very helpful. The apartment was warmer during winter than other housing places in Rabat/Morocco where I’ve stayed last 5 weeks, and it’s a large thing to consider given that Morocco doesn’t do general heating during winters. I’ve stayed around a week, but it’s equipped for a longer stay as well with functioning kitchen and washer. Wi Fi was the best one I’ve had in all parts of the apartment which is also not very common, and I had perfect connection for Zoom meetings. Location was perfect for Rabat with all main sights in walking distance, as well as large Carrefour nearby. The largest shopping mall with big cinema is reachable by foot as well. I felt very safe in the area and it was clean and modern. Host is very responsive and kind!

It was a nice, large and clean apartment. I loved it. A little remote,BUT a few minutes walk to the beach,small supermarket, boullangerie, etc. next to it. Simply just great. Always happy to come back. Thanks for a dental stay

Clean and stylish place in a safe neighborhood, pictures matches reality, and the host just wonderful, I would definitely come back and recommend it to other people. I opened the door the first thing cached my eye is a gift bag, clean and stylish, and it smells amazing. I remember the first thing I said is oh my goodness in person even better than the pictures.

Great stay! The accommodation was perfectly as advertised, very clean and good location. The host was responsive, welcoming and caring, which really made our arrival and stay easier. I recommend it without hesitating and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

We enjoyed our stay in Abdessamad's apartment--great location, close to shops and cafe's/restaurants but on a quiet side street, as well as walkable to our daughter's apartment. Nice beds & baths, plenty of space. Would stay here again.

The place was very clean, you have enough hot water for a hair wash with conditioner, and the location is incredibly convenient with a Carrefour, street with taxis, bank, restaurants and bars nearby. It's also close to the medina and les Oudaïas. The only disturbing thing was the construction site, unfortunately the host also cannot know when it is active because it is not always being built. A matter of luck.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

Excellent apartment right at the entrance to the Mellah in the Medina. It's huge actually with 3 bedrooms, a lounge and a dining room. Very nice decoration and a super responsive and friendly host. Removal and deposit of keys in the ground floor shop. And the bonus: the bakery just across. That's perfect and we highly recommend this address!

Reviving my youth time and visiting my family in Mohammedia, we spent 8 days in this very charming location. Very clean and calm setting. Private beach was amazing. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and extra activities. The location is far enough from main EL Mansouria coffees and shops which was perfect for my family. Naima, her husband and their daughters are an outstanding guests: very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this villa for a well deserved relax time.

Simply the best! The place is impeccably clean, safe, secure, and wonderfully peaceful—what more could you ask for? If you're looking to escape the hustle and noise of the city, this is the perfect retreat. It's easy to find and conveniently located near Rabat, Bouznika, and Skhirat, with plenty to explore within a 30-minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful guidebook provided upon arrival, detailing various activities in the area. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back!

Laila was a great host and very responsive. She was able to accommodate us on short notice. It is an artistically designed rental. Good value for this price point. Pros: overall clean, location, space, appearance, parking, and more Cons: shower hot water is limited and sporadic.

Cozy and comfortable.

The space was clean and tidy, with pool access available all day. In addition, the location of the residence is ideal, close to the Great Mosque of Bouznika and supermarkets such as BIM, located right next door. This is a place I would highly recommend, especially for families. In addition, Samir was extremely responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
