The apartment is located in the beautiful Jordaan area, which is full of charm, cozy cafes, and boutique shops. It was incredibly convenient — everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance, and public transport was also close by. The neighborhood felt safe. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base for exploring the city. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true Amsterdam experience in a fantastic location!

We had a delightful 10 day stay in the Burgundy Apartment, finding it an ideal place to explore Utrecht and doing day trips to other Dutch cities. The apartment was located in a quiet residential area, but had ideal access to a nearby train station ( 8 mins walk) and supermarket (8 mins). The apartment was extremely well appointed and comfortable, with all you would want, and very clean throughout. Catharina was an outstanding host, always responding to communications swiftly, she was most friendly, she was proactive in keeping us aware of two train strikes that affected our plans, and she offered some good alternatives for these days. Only things to be aware of are the steep and narrow stairs up to the loft. However, we are in our mid 60”s and managed fine. Happy to recommend highly.

Amazing location by the river and next to the windmills. Very conveniant to reach Amsterdam by train too. Margreet are mindful and welcoming hosts. We really enjoyed our stay, the local recommendations as well as the gigantic breakfast in there charming house

We had a lovely time in Amsterdam of which the accommodation played a big hand in the overall experience as it was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. Marie-Sophie took the time to check us in personally and let us know all the essential details regarding the apartment and the surrounding area. All in all, we would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam and to not be too central to the city centre. We would stay here again without a doubt.

We hebben een geweldige midweek gehad in een super onderkomen. Alles was perfect in orde en heel schoon met daarbij ook een prachtig uitzicht. Toby heeft ons zo gastvrij ontvangen en je hoeft maar iets te vragen of ze staat voor je klaar. Dit onderkomen is echt een aanrader voor degenen die rust en vrijheid willen.

Maartje was a wonderful host. Although she was out of town during our arrival, she went out of her way to assist and accommodate us, even arranging for her lovely neighbour to check us in. The neighbourhood is beautiful, and the flat, while not new, has a charming character!

Wir waren vier Erwachsene und hatten gut Platz und eine super Zeit. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen, es ist alles da, was man braucht, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schön mitten im Ort gelegen. Jan ist tiptop jett und gat sehr schnell reagiert. Der Erkerplatz ist der beste, man sieht so schön das Treiben auf der Straße. Wenn wir noch mal nach Hoorn kommen, klopfen wir wieder bei Jan an :-)

This is a very comfortable, spacious and well equipped studio on the top floor of a beautiful house in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to the shops and good restaurants of Oud Rijswijk. Great host too!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Samyra ! L’accueil a été tout simplement parfait : chaleureux, attentionné, et plein de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise, presque comme à la maison. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, propre, calme et très bien situé. Merci encore pour ta gentillesse et votre disponibilité — c’est sûr, quand je repasse voir ma fille sur Haarlem , je reviendrai sans hésiter !

This place is what you hope all Airbnbs will be, but rarely are. It's clear the owners truly care about your experience and put a lot of thought into equipping the apartment with everything you could need. It exceeded all of our expectations in every way. We stayed for an entire month and loved every bit of it. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a majority of our meals including a fancy coffee/espresso machine that made the BEST coffee. The beds were incredibly comfortable with a giant king bed in the master bedroom. The place is stylish and modern without being impersonal. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. We loved the view from the front balcony and enjoyed the table and chairs on the back balcony for a meal or a glass of wine. We didn't mind the 12 minute walk to the tram and the 20 minute ride into the center of Amsterdam. It was worth it to come home to this quiet, lovely apartment. We look forward to returning to it the next time we are in Amsterdam.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment – alles genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super: viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Anbindung ist gut. Ellen ist eine tolle Gastgeberin – sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wij hadden een erg fijn verblijf! Mooie, smaakvolle ruimte, in een rustige omgeving. De studio is goed uitgerust en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Bastiaan en Simone zijn ook erg behulpzaam.

Staying at Wessel's penthouse was an absolute dream for our family of 4 visiting Amsterdam for the first time! The location was perfect - surrounded by great local spots including a grocery store downstairs, and a top notch bakery and cheese store across the street. It was highly accessible by public transportation which was easy to navigate. The penthouse itself was just stunning - our kid's favourite spot (and ours too) was the window seat for reading and gazing out onto the street. Everything including amenities was new and spotless. The whole vibe was cozy and modern. The host was kind and very responsive. He even went out of his way to find us a playpen for our baby to sleep in. What more can I say? We can't wait to come back!
