Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ouder-Amstel

The accommodation is bright, spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. It is located in a residential and quiet area, facing a small children's playground (with a ping pong table). A beautiful terrace (with 3 rabbits) overlooks a canal that still brings a bucolic and warm touch to the house that is not lacking... All close to a metro (15 minutes walk) driving in 10 minutes to Amsterdam; extra stop very well connected! Stéphanie is more welcoming, helpful and responsive. We are really delighted with this choice of accommodation which had all the qualities we were looking for! We had a lovely stay there!

Anne's place is well located - helpfully very close to a supermarket and easy enough to get into the centre of Amsterdam via train and bike. We also found a vet super close. It's a beautiful home and Anne is very responsive.

Staying at Xavier and Catherine's home has been really great - the house is even more beautiful than the photos make it to be, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It's in close proximity to the Duivendrecht train/metro station which makes it very convenient to get around the city. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in Amsterdam.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

we were able to spend wonderful quiet days. The instructions worked out great for the "ferry" to get to the house. The contact was always quick and informative, we felt well taken care of.

This absolutely lovely house ticked every box possible for our family. We had come to the Netherlands to visit friends and family and we felt as though the house were our own for the week we were here. Roger was so accommodating at every stage of our vacation and we really appreciated everything about our stay. So sad to be leaving Ouderkerk but hoping to return again in the not too distant future. We stayed 3days in Amsterdam and it was really great place to stay with clean and morden conditions. It takes about 1 hour or less to get to the city centre but it is easy to get there by bus, tram and Metro. There is a big and nice supermarket near Airbnb. Hans is always responsible and very friendly!

The place was as described, very nice and clean!!! Large amenities and very cute balcony!! Metro within walking distance 🤗 Supermarket was also within walking distance!! Sef and his girlfriend were very kind and helpful, explained everything well and gave tips 🤩 All in all highly recommended 🤗👍🏼

Joel was super nice and helpful with everything and he answers messages quickly. He made us feel welcome in Amsterdam from the beginning! The apartment is really spacious and it's got everything you need. Place looks just like in the pictures :) We can definitely recommend it!

Everything was great, we felt at home. Green area right outside of Amsterdam, easily reachable by public transport. The apartment is sparkling clean! And it has everything one needs for a nice stay. Especially we appreciate high quality pans and pots, as we cooked a lot. The host is very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

We've had the best time at Isca's place! The apartment is cozy and well decorated, all equipment is available (maybe add a hair dryer, and it would be perfect!). Not in the city center but easily accessible by metro/train/bus. Communication is quick and always friendly with Isca and Dede. I can recommend 100% sure!!!

We had a great experience. Myself and my partner were moving to Amsterdam from Ireland and used Richard’s accommodation as a base. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the metro, amenities nearby, and a spotless apartment. We had great hosts as Richard and Esmee were very quick to respond. I’d highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at Kris's place who welcomed us warmly with a snack. Her place is spacious, friendly, very comfortable, quiet, furnished with care and taste and equipped as described. We felt right at home. The tram is 5 minutes to reach the city with in the neighborhood varied and pleasant restaurants. The tram stop is next to a supermarket and other shops, so very convenient. We did not hear a single noise of the week, the nights were restful. Kris is a comfortable guest-friendly host, responsive, available and very accommodating. We recommend her place without hesitation and keep her address for a future stay if the opportunity to return to this beautiful city arises. Thank you again Kris for your welcome.

Our family fell in love with this place! It was a wonderful, much-needed refuge from the noise and eventfulness of Amsterdam, the great city. There was enough space for all of us, carefully arranged and just beautiful. 13 min walk to the transportation that takes you to the Central Station. Remarkable cats--a big bonus for us...

Great value for money in the area, the ONLY issue was there was dirty pillows and duvet in the second bedroom. The duvet had no cover on it but there was a blanket over the top. A bit of a let down as everything else was perfect and you could tell the host does care. We would stay again.

We were close to the train and managed all our outings on public transport. We stayed in December and the apartment was perfectly warm.
