Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oudegracht

Very clean and nicely furnished apartment near the train station -> practical for public transport travelers

This is a terrific location in a nice area of the city center, right along a pretty canal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The central train station is a 10 minute walk. The apartment has a relatively large living space with a bedroom area and convertible sofa. There was plenty of dishware and utensils for dining at “home”. There was also a washing machine but no dryer, so we did not use the washer but it was available with clothes pins etc. for hang drying. The bathroom had a clean shower with nice hot water and plenty of supplies like soap, shampoo and conditioner. Douwe was extremely responsive to our needs. We arrived early but he generously allowed us to check in while he finished cleaning the bathroom. He made us feel that he’d be available if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Amsterdam.

Great place, equipped with all the essentials plus lots of nice added extras. Clean and functional with a great outdoor terrace. Good location in a quiet residential street, about a 20 mins walk to the central station.

Very responsive and flexible host on arrival and departure times. The apartment is well equipped and pleasant, just a second bedroom a little narrow. The barbecue was not cleaned, but since the kitchen was well equipped, we had no worries. Location close to the center and a tram station. I recommend it.

Very nice apartment, located in a quiet area near the Oosterpark. A large terrace very nice for the evenings. All 15 min by bike from the train station, museums... Thank you Petra for hosting us and trusting us.

First of all the host is incredibly welcoming and proactive. He is very communicative and responsive to all your needs. Also he is very flexible with the check in and check out times. In addition, it is an amazing home that is near all the facilities you need to make your vacation a perfect one. Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance as is the supermarket and public transportation is easy accessible. The house was spotless and even better than pictured in listing. The host left us a wonderful welcome present to make us feel at home. In addition the house was stocked with all the necessities. In summary the house is filled with top-notch amenities, has an amazing location and an incredible host to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation. We definitely will be back in the near future.

The cottage met the description and pictures exactly. It is small but super complete and efficiently arranged with even olive oil and laundry pods. Getting used to the stairs, but that turned quickly. The location is top, close to the beach and city center and also to a bike rental. Due to the location and bench in front of the door, you didn't really miss the garden. You are in the middle of the residential area, which is nice for the entire Katwijk experience. Bas and Lisette respond very quickly and think along. They are very approachable but give you complete privacy. So definitely worth 5 stars.

Great house with three spacious bedrooms and large bathrooms. In addition, a toilet on the ground floor. Large living room with dining table to the open, well-equipped kitchen and spacious corner couch. In good weather, there is also a couch in front of the house, where you can sit in the sun. Everything was clean and tidy. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the city center and also from the sea front. The communication with the landlords went perfectly. In any case, we would gladly come back at any time.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner, even drinks and nibbles were ready:) Karin is a great landlady, always available. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and has a protected terrace. The location is beautiful, both the beach and the small town can be reached on foot in just over 20 minutes. We felt completely comfortable and would gladly come back.

It was a sheer delight to stay in Mandy's apartment. So much so I had to extend a few extra days. The apartment itself is gorgeous, sparkling clean and looks exactly like the photos. For me it really was a home away from home. The location itself was also amazing. Peaceful, quiet and very historic, yet only a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants etc. I got to meet Mandy several times during my stay and I found her to be very warm, welcoming and always helpful if I had any questions. I will most definitely be returning to Mandy's place some time in the future.

A beautiful stay in a very well maintained place. We felt completely comfortable. Everything is within walking distance and for good restaurants you don't have to walk far. The apartment is stalkingly furnished and you can feel like home.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

Very good accomodation for the last minute booking for high season! On the beach, with big balcony and very close to all you need, direct in the center of the town. Parking is paid, bur directly near the entrance. Also you can park in 15 minutes walk free of charge. No place for our clothes in the bedroom, but we stay only 2 nights and it is not critical. Self check-in and self check-out is very comfortable!

John’s Airbnb was perfect for our little getaway with our daughter (2 yo). John provided a high chair and crib for her and she had her own little room which she slept very well in. The Airbnb was quiet especially considering its location! The US WiFi is a little weak especially in the bedrooms but the other options is solid. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. We left the stroller by the front door and relied on the elevator (warning it’s small and slow). But overall, it was a really great place and we had an excellent time.

This apartment was wonderful! Clean, modern, comfortable, convenient, with everything you need. The pleasant host met with us to give us a tour and recommendations. Very cute little 3rd level apartment, historic and authentic but also contemporary. The spiral staircase was nice too, not as steep and narrow as traditional European homes. Right on the outskirts of city center, minutes away from everything, including the train station. Plenty of restaurants and lots of shopping, a few local museums and other activities. Or just take the train 20 mins to Amsterdam. We would definitely stay here again!
