If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

In the center of historic Breukelen you will find our amazing loft, within walking distance of the beautiful Vecht river and delicious restaurants . The loft has all the comforts such as air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine plus dryer. Breukelen is ideally suited for a hiking or cycling holiday. The beautiful Loosdrecht lakes are 10 minutes away by bike. In addition, in 20 minutes by train, you will be in the center of both Utrecht and Amsterdam.

Stay in the unique location. estate "Het Veldhoen." On our estate, we have a fully equipped guesthouse which has every luxury, such as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living/bedroom. With public transport on the doorstep, you can be directly at the Arena/Ziggodome in 20 minutes and in Amsterdam or Utrecht city centre in 40 minutes. Schiphol is 45 minutes by public transport, 20 minutes by car. The Angstel river and the Vinkeveen lakes are just outside the door.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Guesthouse on estate on the Vecht

Stay in the former eighteenth-century summer house of the Bouwerij on the Ridderhofstad Gunterstein estate on the Vecht in Breukelen. The summer cottage is located on the grounds of a small-scale organic dairy farm, a farm with 70 hectares of land adjacent to the Loosdrechtse lakes, where our cows, mostly traditional Dutch black and white cows, graze in an ancient park-like cultural landscape.
