A beautiful place to stay that makes it feel like a night in a comfy forest cabin. Location has good food options in town or a good functional kitchen to make your own meals. Nearby is the wildlife wonders sanctuary which was worth visiting. Note that the bathroom and kitchen are downstairs and the loft is up stairs. Nice fireplace supplied with wood or heater option. Host Jessie answered messages instantly and quick to make sure we had whatever we needed. They were very friendly and have a lovely property with two super friendly pups. Very happy with the stay.

We had a great stay at Sue’s place. It’s a beautiful and peaceful spot with views across the forest to the ocean. Perfect for getting away from it all and close to the walks and beaches that make the Ottway Ranges and Great Ocean Road so so special. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location to celebrate our anniversary. Joanne was timely, helpful, and informative in her communication. The little church had numerous personal touches which was a real delight (e.g, preset fireplace, milk, activities). The church was also cozy, neat, and peaceful. Thank you!

It's a lovely place for a family or a small group of friends. Has almost everything we needed. It's clean & stylish. The cafe/general store opposite the road, and the brewery next door are definitely a plus. For those like us whose main destination is the Great Ocean Road, Forrest still feels a bit too far though.
