Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Ötüken

What a great apartment! We were so grateful for Raphael’s responsive hosting - we arrived in the early hours, which caused us some difficulties as we couldn’t locate our specifically numbered parking bay! This was not the fault of our host but due to a car being parked in our spot! Thanks for your help Raphael (it was the middle of the night and you guided us accordingly!) Having a flexible check-in was reassuring and entering the beautiful, spotless, modern apartment was such a relief after a long day of travelling, which helped us immediately unwind. We used all the facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, and all the local residents were very kind and friendly (locals and holidays makers alike). We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting this region of Cyprus because there’s so much variety between the local towns and every beach we visited was gorgeous!

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. Good bed and nice bathroom. Kyriqkos is a great host. We had a great stay!

An apartment is in the old building on the main street,. The apartment itself is big, clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and very comfy beds. It can be a bit noisy but closing windows, keeps the noise out. It is 10 minutes walk from the old city , 10 minutes from big supermarket and close to coffee shops and restaurants. It is possible to park in the backyard . The apartment is full of small things that usually amiss like , for example sewing kit. Andreas was really nice and welcoming - met us one n the middle of the night and let is stay till late on the evening.

The place is vey good is real gem. Apartment is spacious with nice interior furnishings. Outside big balcony to sit eat or make a barbecue. Everthing what you need is in the apartment. Katerine is a great friendly host she make you feel you are home and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kapparis is a vey good district with nice beaches on walking distance. By bus you can go to other places In Paralimni or Ayia Napa area. We have rented a scooter to see more in the area. Definitely like to come again and recommend the place very much.

The place is clean & tidy fresh bedsheets smelled clean with disinfectant also had small Gym. Very bright & light coloured wall paint. Nice decorative order throughout very noticeable piano in the front living area.

Great apartment: with all the necessary equipment to cook, good bedding, wifi.... and impeccable!!!!! Youri is a friendly host, available. He makes sure the stay goes smoothly. The apartment is located in a complex comprising 4 swimming pools, sauna, jaccuzi, play areas for children, gym.... and 5 minutes from the beach (which is pleasant) and 15-20 minutes from Famagusta (for a cultural visit)We had a great family holiday. Don't hesitate and come to Youri's!!!!! Thank you very much Youri and looking forward to returning home.

Lovely location in the mountains with amazing views. The house was clean and had all the amenities required.

Kash was brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we booked, he saw that we had a baby coming with us and said he could sort baby chair and cot which he did. Our group were all arriving at different times and Kash sorted taxis for us all from the airport. Even when my travel plans got changed, he sorted things so that my son and family were looked after. The villa is in a great a location, in a quiet road just 5 mins from restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. The pool was brilliant for us and more importantly for a 11 month grandson with a good choice of inflatables. Also, the pool man came twice while we there to check the water. I can't thank Kash enough for looking after us!

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

The villa is everything you see in the pictures, just perfect. Fantastic location, no real need to drive if you don’t want to, supermarkets, bars, beaches, restaurants etc all within a short stroll. Nikos is a really friendly guy, nice little welcome pack of essential food items and his wife even made us a traditional Cypriot dinner, Kleftico. Nothing is too much trouble for Nikos and I would highly recommend the villa. We will definitely be back 😎

Firstly, I must start by saying that my husband, 1 year old daughter and I were in a difficult situation where our original Airbnb was not at all suitable and we were looking desperately for a replacement last minute. Anthi came to our rescue and with less than 12 hours notice got her place ready for us. She was so quick and responsive throughout the whole stay too which was amazing. Anthi’s place is stylish, modern and sparkling clean. She has also done really thoughtful things such as having blackout curtains which is a godsend with a baby. Even little touches such as providing basic things like olive oil, a lovely box of tea and a bottle of red wine make a huge difference to feeling at home. The location is great with many grocery shops, coffee shops and cafes in walking distance. It is a 15 min drive from busy Larnaca. You have your own parking space on the drive which is very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet which also helps. I would highly recommend Anthi’s place.

A good host and the location is very good, the air conditioners work very well, the hot water is not enough, but if you need help, it can be solved...

Emine is a great host, place was very nice seconds walk from the large pool and slides, large supermarket recently opened right next to it which is great. we had an amazing time and kids loved it. It’s few minutes drive from all the great restaurants and fun fair and all other amenities. Never seen a better host than Emine and her husband, very responsive and helpful and great local knowledge on where to eat visit etc. can’t wait to go back there again next year.

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

Isavella was a great host, very thoughtful and helpful. The accommodation is very nice, perfectly matching the photos and description, clean and complete with everything you need to enjoy the house. Perfect location from which the most beautiful beaches in the area can be reached by car in a few minutes, various supermarkets and, on foot, the club street with the center of Ayia Napa. If you should definitely go back to the area, choose to stay here again.

I love the place! It’s my to-go place in Famagusta

The two of us stayed in this penthouse for two weeks. Pleasant modern apartment with space for four people with large roof terrace. Well furnished and equipped with great air conditioning. It is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. The resort on which it is located is safe and clean and is a residential neighborhood with young families. The pool is close, just far enough away to not be bothered by any noise and close enough to walk into bathrobe. There is a small, well-equipped supermarket within a few minutes walk. There is still a lot of construction in the vicinity of the resort. The hostess provided a lot of information about the area. There were many tips for exploring the region and for restaurants. Renting a car turned out to be necessary. In addition, the hostess arranged the transfer to and from the airport. A big plus for this property that is only 1.8 km from the beautiful North Cyprus beach.

It was a small but very sweet holiday. The pool and slide were very enjoyable, we had a lot of fun and made good memories. Thanks for everything!
