Holiday rentals with beach access in Ötüken

This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The house was beautiful, the garden was stunning, and the sea view from the terrace was unforgettable. Our host was incredibly helpful and attentive — always checking if we needed anything, recommending great places and activities, and even arranging car rental and airport transfer with Mr. Stellios, who was also very kind and helpful. When we arrived, the fridge was fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture after a long journey. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt taken care of from the very beginning. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

He was so helpfull and we like his hospitality

This is a beautiful place, it is like a peaceful sanctuary with your own private garden/courtyard, with orange and jasmine blossom trees and an olive tree . It is right in the heart of the old town and every thing is walking distance but it is also peaceful. Okan has written a book on the history of Famagusta and this love of history and heritage is reflected in the decor of the house. A very special place, I would definitely stay here again

First of all, we were very pleased with the interest of the host Yunus Emre. We could easily reach him whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. Both the comfort and location of the house made us very happy. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

From the reservation stage onwards, they exhibited a very warm, solution-oriented and guiding approach. Everything was about thinking about our needs. We had all the white goods in our house, including a dryer. It is enough for the guests to buy only detergent. There is a big supermarket next to it and the bagels are great😉. We thank Mr. Kasra and his team very much for everything.🩵💐🧿💫🫶

We throughly enjoyed it and would like to go again in the future

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.

I stayed for 5 nights. The comfort of the house and the hospitality of Mr. Sadık made me spend a pleasant time in a city where I was for the first time. I would definitely say meet Mr. Sadık. Thank you for everything. Hope to see you again.

Our apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, it also had 2 delightful balconies to sit and chill. The location was perfect for our needs, visiting relatives and touring. Magusa is a great place to explore history and enjoy authentic food. Alkan was quick to respond to our communications. His parents, which we had the pleasure of meeting (Feride/Enver) were also at hand if we needed anything. In all, very nice place and very nice people.

I had a lovely stay at Maria’s place and liked how she made it all feel very homely. It was easy walking distance to a large supermarket and some nice parks. Overall it had everything I needed for a peaceful break

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. It is an ideal place for those who want to live not far from the Nissi beach. The house is clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable living. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom. Huge terrace. Gary answered all our questions, very polite communication. Will be glad to come back here again!

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

Chris was very helpful, describing everything needed in great detail. The apartment is in a good location, close to the biggest beach and the bus station from where all the buses leave. The listing was as described. Well-equipped.

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.
