Muc downtown in ~25 min. mit den Öffi’s erreichbar. Zwei Buslinien um’s Eck. Für Nachtschwärmer gibt es die N75. Gerne kannst du die Terrasse nutzen incl. Bistrotisch/Stühle, diese bei schlechten Wetter bitte nur zusammenklappen. Rauchen? Nur Draußen

We rent a cozy and lovingly equipped 2-room apartment on the upper floor of a Bavarian cottage with south-facing balcony and a paradise garden for 2 to 3 adults. The house is located in a quiet residential area 10 min. walk to the train station and the town center with all shops. A great forest is very close. Trips to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian surrounding area can be done comfortably by car or the S-Bahn/regional train or rent bicycles.
