Holiday rentals with a patio in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve

We had a great stay at Gregoire’s, we immediately felt like home. Super spacious, clean, we had absolutely all amenities one might need. The garden view from the bedroom was great, and overall there was a lot of natural light. The neighborhood is super quiet and within walking distance from nice restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

A very clean accommodation, bright, elevator, one minute walk from the metro line 1 or 5 located in the European district 5 min from the large square by metro so no problem to return in the evening. Airport access in line12 in front of metro access

Everything is perfect. Jean-Louis and Carolin are always attentive. The apartment beautiful, super comfortable the sommier and also the sofa bed. Also, we were offered a storage room to leave our suitcases for a while. Super recommended...

It was a pretty nice stay. Clean and cozy apartment. Good and quiet location. Only one thing - at night you can hear people climbing the stairs and you can hear people walking above this apartment.

What a wonderful stay..... Gavin and Olivia were especially lovely and helpful and the apartment was even more beautiful than the photos suggest —with light streaming through, charming views, and thoughtful details throughout.

Dimitri was very helpful with lots of messages and information about how to get into the property, find the key and work the lights etc. The property was quirky, warm and beds were comfortable. Dimitri responded straight away to my questions while we were there, and really flexible about check out time. There is only one bathroom in the property which for 5 adults getting ready to go to a wedding was a bit tricky. Great stay and just what we needed otherwise.

We were a family of 9. Beautiful, spacious accommodation, with all the comforts of home, there was nothing missing, and a very nice garden. The super quiet area. 50 minutes from Plaza Mayor, walking on a super chulo promenade, touring the European Quarter and the Cinquentenario Park. Supermarkets nearby. The hostess is very friendly. We gave us all the facilities for arrival and the same for departure, without schedules. Thank you so much for everything Mercedes we would recommend it 100%

We stayed at this villa for three days and it was just amazing, amazing, amazing! The villa is perfectly furnished, every detail has been thoughtfully thought out. The location is ideal, just minutes from Brussels. The setting is just perfect, even idyllic, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Everything was absolutely perfect, exceeding all of our expectations. This villa is now part of our favorites, and we will definitely come back to it. Great stay, Maïté and Peter were very welcoming. The place is like the pictures, full of charm and tastefully decorated. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped (oil, spices, etc.) The accommodation is well located within walking distance of restaurants and walking paths. As two years ago, we enjoyed our stay very much.
