We had a wonderful 4 ½ months in Oud-Heverlee and immediately felt at home. The café operations did not disturb us. Instead, we were able to enjoy the stunning terrace, which we had all to ourselves, especially in the mornings before the café opened at 2 PM. The surrounding nature is impressively beautiful. Many small lakes and great forests criss-crossed by small and large paths invite you to walk and cycle. The old town of Leuven can also be reached by bike in half an hour.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung war wohl gerade neu renoviert/eingerichtet, es roch etwas wie in einem Möbelhaus nach neuer Einrichtung. Es war sehr sauber, es waren alle nötigen Kochutensilien vorhanden. Es gab ein paar Dinge, die in der Beschreibung standen, jedoch fehlten : Grundgewürze, Geschirrtücher, unterschiedliche Müllsäcke. Im Mülleimer befand sich ein Müllsack, die Mülltrennung haben wir nach bestem Wissen vorgenommen. Der genaue Ort zum Entsorgen(draußen) war uns nicht bekannt. Der beschriebene Parkplatz war etwas unverständlich für uns, wir hoffen, das wir niemanden gestört haben mit dem Standplatz. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht, was bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur, doch etwas kühl war, vor allem im Bad. Ansonsten eine super Wohnung, um die Umgebung und Belgien zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

j ai passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines chez Chloé... J ai beaucoup apprécié son accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité en cas de petits soucis ... le studio est très cocoon, bien pensé et confortable ... la literie est bonne , la salle de bain de grande dimension...la déco de bon goût, nous fait sentir dans un vrai cocoon. De plus, de la porte vitrée , il y a une très belle vue sur le jardin . à recommander. j y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Le logement est très bien équipé, confortable, joliment agencé et décoré. Les hôtes sont accueillants. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Merci encore, nous avons passé un excellent week-end !

Beautiful apartment in a trendy neighbourhood! Just a little far to walk to the centre but we did not mind it. Would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the very beginning Tanguy was super helpful and responsive. We were able to check in early, and he took the time to show us around the apartment and give us local recommendations. There were thoughtful treats stocked throughout the house as well. The area was gorgeous. Tanguy kept telling us it was home and it truly felt that way. We will definitely be back!

The arrangement of the apartment, with a view from the living area out onto a balcony and the river beyond, is stunning- you don’t need a TV because there is always something to see! The apartment has everything that you need to be very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed discovering nearby villages on walks. This kept us busy for 4 days with lots left for another visit….

Excelente casita en un lugar muy tranquilo. Perfecta para visitar Bruselas sin estar en el ruidoso centro. La casa es perfecta y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Una cama king size y un sillon cama para dos personas.

Laurent est très sympathique. L'accueil a été au top. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. L'escalier est effectivement très raide mais cela est précisé dans l'annonce. Il y avait toujours de la place pour garer la voiture devant la maison. Je recommande si vous voulez visiter Bruxelles qui est à 20mn en train.

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

A very warm welcome from our host. Beautiful apartment, very clean and smart with everything you need, the terrace is amazing with stunning views of the river. The area is quiet and very tranquil. We did not try the Michelin restaurant below the apartment. There are many beautiful places to visit but sitting on the terrace watching the world go by was lovely. A note for the less mobile is that there are a number of stairs up to the apartment. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we hope to return.

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Très joli maison, bien aménagé, disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Bel espace propre. Jacuzzi et terrasse est vraiment un plus 👍🏻 avec une belle vue. Très bel accueil, aucun soucis. A signaler que vous êtes sur une nationale et donc en journée, il y a le bruit de la circulation 😉 A recommander néanmoins !

endroit vraiment magnifique! décoré avec goût, très propre, fonctionnel avec tout le confort. la cuisine et les salles de bains sont plus que équipées. des tas de petites marques d'attentions sont présentes dans toutes les pièces pour qu'on se sente vraiment chez nous. la communication avec Sarah passe très bien, elle répond rapidement à nos messages et essaie de nous satisfaire au mieux. nous recommandons ++++ et nous reviendrons

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.
