Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

B&C Outfitters Lodge

Welcome to our rustic with a hint of modern lodge. Two bedrooms three baths and a huge loft. Tankless hot water heater! Huge two garage space. Winch to hoist up your wild game, stainless steel sink and cutting table to handle any wild game while watching tv or listen to music on the 6 zone sound system throughout lodge. Plenty of cabinet space and butcher block countertops in kitchen. Gas grill! 8 beds can sleep comfortably up to 8 with the two bedroom beds being a king and queen. Check us out!

B's Bungalow

This centrally located, 1900's bungalow has been refurbished to bring out the best in its original craftsmanship and looks. Windows galore, tree-shaded large lot, a swing on the front porch and off-street parking make it in-town serene. B's Bungalow is excellent for business or family visits. It is a 1/2 mi from the Coffey County Courthouse, the Outdoor Aquatic Center, and town center; 1 blk from disc golf/exercise mini course; and 13 mi from the Wolfcreek power plant. A handy little place.

The Blue Door Cabin

This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. The Suburban Cabin is a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. The interior features a playful wildlife theme, with décor inspired by the great outdoors to make your stay feel like a cabin escape without leaving the suburbs. Bring your furry friends along—dogs are welcome here! Our large fenced-in backyard is perfect for letting pups (and kids) run and play safely. No need to stress about parking—enjoy abundant off-street parking right at the house.

Flint Hills Glamping! Come reconnect with nature and rejuvenate by the water at this unforgettable escape. Stargaze, watch sunsets, or curl up and read on the loft Moonpod. For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and flora and fauna to find. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.

Prairie Barn Cabin is a rustic 120+ year old barn featuring exposed beams and modern farmhouse charm. The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms featuring queen sized beds, the bedrooms are accessed by stairs and are connected by an open walk way featuring the exposed beams. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a meal, and there is a laundry area for use. Watch the native wildlife in the wooded area surrounding the cabin just 3 miles north of Iola, KS.

The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
