Monthly Rentals in Otočić Košljun

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment on the Istrian coast. The view and decor of the apartment were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Unfortunately we were there in March, so the pool wasn't filled yet and it was still too cold to take a dip. However, we could sit in the sun on the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the coast is within walking distance (if you can walk a bit) and by car there are many beautiful places within driving distance. We really found the kitchen and all the items to be used to be a plus, so we could also cook for a few days and eat relaxed in the apartment.

Great experience, clean apartment with everything you need. Maybe a little small, but beautifully furnished and absolutely matching what I needed. Great location directly on the waterfront of Punat close to everything. Magdalena is available to provide you with all the necessary information. Conclusion, satisfied and highly recommended!

Tatjana's place is about a 7-minute walk from the nearest beach. It is super cosy with all the amenities that you might need for a pleasant stay. Tatjana is very responsive and caring, all-in-all a wonderful host! Some of the reviewers complain about the nearby church bells going off early in the morning. I loved that. No phone alarm necessary. I'd recommend Tatjana's place any day!

Fantastic location, hosts, and home. One of the very best air BNB stays we have had. Hosts go out of their way. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.
