Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ostia

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

I almost don’t want to rave too much about this place because I want it to be available when I book it again. It’s that amazing! Iacopo is probably the best and nicest host I’ve ever met. He’s a sincere and generous hearted person who also believes in A+ hospitality. This place is in the southern part of Trastevere but the transport system (SO easy to use) gets u into town so quickly. Rome is over-touristed these days but a place like this lets you get away from the hordes. Can’t wait to come back!

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Thank you for everything!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay with two couples - easy access to all the tourist spots but equally great location to see how the Rome population live. Luxury feel to the accommodation. Highly recommend . Nino is a super host and keen for our stay to be great ! …. And it was !

Paola is am amazing host. if I can give her a 10 star I would. She is super helpful and eager to help our family of 4 with 2 young kids, offering rides and help from airport and to train station. She also ensure we have what we need and even offer a baby shampoo and body wash. lots of snacks and water in the abnb with any supplies you can think of . we will for sure return when we go to Italy again. thanks Paola!!

A big thank you to Elvin and her friend for their exceptional hospitality! They are lovely, caring hosts! Elvin d'avantage, he is wonderfully busy with us, he has made our task a lot easier on many things, and always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly in line with the description. A truly beautiful encounter and an address that we treasure! We will definitely come back and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a perfect location – many sights, lovely cafés, and great restaurants are all within walking distance. The place itself is spotless, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. A special thanks to Sandro, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean apartment close to the Vatican, walkable in 10 mins and plenty of local buses. Daniela gave us a host of recommendations- we tried 3 of them and 100% agree they’re great places to eat - Mae for breakfast, Conviviale for dinner, both just across the road, and Mimi & Coco, hip and happening near Piazza Navone. So comfortable- we’d love to have stayed longer.
