Peace of mind and calm in the system is almost guaranteed. The house is about 140 sq.m. living area and just over 210 sq.m. if you count the basement. There are 8 beds, large living room, large terrace, great kitchen and bathroom, parking outside the door and direct access to the water. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.
