Experience Stockholm and trendy Södermalm in this apartment located in a turn-of-the-century building at cozy Mariatorget. Less than four minutes away you will find the subway and right outside the door there are restaurants, cafés and grocery stores (lovely cheese shop in the same house!). The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a specially designed work corner. The kitchen and living room are in a lovely open floor plan with windows overlooking the rooftops and with a large fireplace to curl up in front of in winter.

Spectacular apartment in the Center of town. On the first floor: second bathroom, kitchen and living room with fire place. Second floor, a unique bathroom, terrace, bedroom with double bed and dining area. Extra bed or bedding on the sofa can be arranged for a third guest. Children should be avoided in this apartment as there are stairs. (See picture) It’s also impossible to store a pram / stroller inside or outside the apartment. There’s no elevator.

Arrive around 15.00, leave your bags and head out into the city. I would try to make a quick stop at either the Museum of Modern Art or the newly renovated National Museum, take a walk around the beautiful island of Skeppsholmen, overlooking the Royal Palace and the Old Town before having dinner at Sturehof or any of the other restaurants downtown. There are also some very cosy restaurants located in the neighbourhood, including Ett Hem.
