My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

The wonderful 26 SQM studio located in between oldtown and the vibrant södermalm. The apartment includes free wifi, shared laundry room and cable tv. Situated in a building dating back to the 1650s, the apartment features high ceilings, beautiful stucco details, and, due to the historic construction, somewhat thin walls.

In Lärkstan with a view

Arrive around 15.00, leave your bags and head out into the city. I would try to make a quick stop at either the Museum of Modern Art or the newly renovated National Museum, take a walk around the beautiful island of Skeppsholmen, overlooking the Royal Palace and the Old Town before having dinner at Sturehof or any of the other restaurants downtown. There are also some very cosy restaurants located in the neighbourhood, including Ett Hem.
