The villa and the little house

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation on high ground. Two separate and fully equipped houses, with sauna and jacuzzi. Close to a swimming jetty and a sandy beach (Solbrännan). The train station is in about 10 min walking distance. Lill-huset was built in 2025 and is fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. The house has a 140 cm bed on the ground floor and a 160 cm double bed in the sleeping loft (there is no standing height and it is accessed via a ladder). Lill-huset is therefore not suitable accommodation for younger children. The villa has 4 bedrooms.

Two kayaks plus a small motorboat are usually available for hire. Large living room, combined kitchen and dining area (approx. 90 sq m), two additional living rooms, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Large patio with plenty of seating areas and a hot tub. Blueberry fields and forest on the back, and a beautiful sea on the front.

Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

Welcome to our family-friendly villa in the heart of the archipelago, Vaxholm! Close to swimming and beach, with swimming jetty 100 meters away and about 15 minutes walk to the city center with cozy cafes, restaurants and boat connections to the archipelago or Stockholm. A trampoline with a safety net for children is available on site. On the deck there is an electric hot tub for evening swimming. Our sweet and kind outdoor cat Olle is included in the rental – he settles with food and some love once a day!
