Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our apartment is located between mountain and lake, in the heart of Carinthia. The apartment itself (about 100 sqm) is furnished in a style towards "country house" and scores in summer with cool and in winter with warmth. The largest part is the living, dining and kitchen area, where there is plenty of space for cozy together. The smaller part is divided into three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
