Gratis parkering . Laddning för elbil är ej tillåten. Ca 7 minuter med bil till Norrköping. 25 min till Kolmården. 5 minuter från E4’an.

Nybyggt, modernt gästhus i ett mysigt grannskap med moderna och fina materialval. Huset ligger i ett lugnt läge i övre delen utav natursköna Svärtinge. Här bor du granne med skogen, flertal fiske och badsjöar samt en kort bilresa till centrala Norrköping, Finspång samt E4an. Fullt utrustad bostad med hall, badrum, kök, allrum samt sovrum. För info under sommaren 2026 kommer vi göra markförbättringar på våran tomt men inget som hindrar tillgänglighet till bostaden. Varmt välkomna !

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Several hiking trails and fishing lakes nearby where you can fish from land. Fishing in central Norrköping is possible. 5 minutes by car there is Ica nearby, Nina's café, pizzeria, petrol and swimming area. Walking distance to outdoor gym. 2 hours to Stockholm.
