One double bedroom is available, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Direct parking is available right in front of the house.

Within walking distance you are just minutes from the Kamp Promenade, St. Petrus Cathedral, in the pedestrian zone or you can commute by bus throughout Osnabrück. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and equipped with modern furniture. Although central, it is very quiet. Professional cleaning and sanitizing ensure 5-star cleanliness.

Friendly attic apartment

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.
