Sabina nous a très bien accueillis : elle avait même prévu des parapluies pour nous en raison de fortes pluies à Florence à notre arrivée. Elle nous a ensuite envoyé des recommandations de restaurants à faire dans le coin, ce qui nous a été très utile. Le logement était parfait, très cosy, propre et proposant tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin. Je recommande avec plaisir cet hôte et son logement : bravo à elle !

First, I would like to mention how wonderful and caring Cristina, the host, was. I really felt that I was staying at a friend's place. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She was always very prompt in her replies to my messages. I requested some extra towels and upon my return to the apartment, a couple hours later, I found a bag by the door with towels inside. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable as well as the couch on the living area. There was plenty of lights and windows in the apartment. I would definetly stay there again during my next visit to Florence. Thank you so much Cristina and Marco for your hospitality.

Alloggio come da descrizione, pulito e ordinato. La posizione per noi è stata ottima per il viaggio e le città che dovevamo visitare. Corrado poi è stato sempre gentilissimo e molto disponibile, sicuramente un soggiorno consigliato!

Il soggiorno presso casa di Andrea è andato più che bene! Host gentilissimo, super disponibile. La casa è molto pulita e in una zona davvero tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato durante delle giornate molto calde e la presenza dei condizionatori ci ha davvero salvato la vita. Andrea ci ha anche dato molti consigli sulla zona circostante che si sono rivelati molto preziosi. È vicino a Firenze e ad altri luoghi di interesse. Consigliato!

Ich wurde persönlich von Oana empfangen und habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, also kann es sein, dass man vorbeilaufende Passanten hört - mich hat es nicht gestört. Alles in Allem war die Wohnung sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Bahnhof, von dem aus man nach Florenz fahren kann, ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Bahn braucht ca. 30 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof Santa Maria Novella.

Der Aufenthalt war jeden Cent wert. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar besser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an, wie zuhause. Sei es die komplette Ausstattung (Küche, Badezimmer, Smart TV etc.) oder die Lage (wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof Firenze Rifredi (5 Min zum Bhf S.M.N.)), diese Unterkunft kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jedes Mal wieder herkommen. Vielen vielen Dank Silvia und Co für diese schöne Zeit!

Gioia and her son are very nice and helpful. Great active communication. The flat was exceptionally clean. We felt very comfortable and received a very warm welcome. We got more than we expected. Definitely a recommendation from us. Grazie mille, Gioia.

Persona meravigliosa e appartamento delizioso...pulito e silenzioso... ci tornerò

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Paolos Appartement. Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ist es angenehm ruhig. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Zu Empfehlen ist das auch das Café in der Nähe.

We did a last minute booking so everything near the Duomo was either sold out or too expensive so we looked for alternatives and are we glad!!! The apartment was brand new and very beautifully done up. This is my second Airbnb and it was amazing. Way neater, cleaner and beautiful than a hotel also. The location was exactly 13 minutes away from Santa Maria Novella - including Walk to the tram station. The tram takes hardly 5 minutes to reach Santa Maria and is just 1.5 euro per ride per person. The apartment is so nice that the distance to Duomo is worth it. Claudio himself checked us in and was very friendly and responsive.

Es muy difícil que un alojamiento cumpla todas mis expectativas, no soy de viajar mucho y me da un poco de reparo el dormir en otro lugar fuera de casa, siempre miro muy bien que donde me hospedo me de seguridad. Nunca un airbnb había cumplido todas mis expectativas hasta hoy, lo digo enserio, si tienes que guiarte por una reseña es esta, (y a la vez me arrepiento de estarla escribiendo por si esto hace que esté ocupado la próxima vez que me quiera alojar aquí), pero sin duda ha sido un tesoro. Está cerca de la estación pero la zona no es insegura, al entrar tienes que cruzar un jardin interior precioso y el alojamiento está impecable. Además de que el alojamiento cumplió todas nuestras expectativas, Rossella y Luciano estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para resolver nuestras dudas, fueron muy amables y comprensibles cuando nuestro vuelo se retrasó dos horas :( Nos ayudaron en todo y fue una experiencia inolvidable, hasta me felicitaron mi cumpleaños que era ese día! :)

We stayed in Fabio's apartment at the end of our trip to Florence & Tuscany and it truly felt like coming home after so much travel. I wouldn't say the flat is an Airbnb, it's much more a real home that feels like it has a history, beauty and sense of life. It's full of beautiful original artworks, tasteful furnishings and is pristine without being antiseptic or minimal. The kitchen is very functional and Fabio was kind enough to leave us a pack of pasta and sauce which we weren't able to use but comes in so much handy for times you might want to stay in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom is a quiet space to rest. The bathroom is extremely spacious and clean as well. We loved the balconies in the flat that made you feel like a local. The quirkiest part is the vintage life to the building which is the cutest lift you've ever seen! We only spent one night at Fabio's but wished we'd stayed longer. We hope to come again. Francesca was a great host, she was incredibly helpful with all of our questions and helped us find our way to the airport in the morning.

Diana's spot was great place to stay during our time in Florence! She provided very clear instructions for check in, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all of the amenities, including tea and three ways to make coffee, and a full set up to cook meals (with a LIDL a 10 minute walk away). The apartment is a little ways out of town, but it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the tram line to take in to city center (maybe 25-30 minute ride?). We also appreciated the aircon in the bedroom for restful sleep. We would definitely come here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

Fantastisk lejlighed, med den helt rette placering i forhold til et ophold i centrum af Florence. Dejlig rummelig og perfekt at have en lille terrasse med plads til 4 personer omkring bordet. Jeg kan anbefale stedet til andre.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!

Nos hôtes nous ont accueillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous donné tous les renseignements pour nous diriger à Florence. L'appartement très coquet et frais bénéficie d'un très joli jardin fleuri et paisible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour
