Very friendly host, great location and pkace as described

First, I would like to mention how wonderful and caring Cristina, the host, was. I really felt that I was staying at a friend's place. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She was always very prompt in her replies to my messages. I requested some extra towels and upon my return to the apartment, a couple hours later, I found a bag by the door with towels inside. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable as well as the couch on the living area. There was plenty of lights and windows in the apartment. I would definetly stay there again during my next visit to Florence. Thank you so much Cristina and Marco for your hospitality.

The stay at Andrea's house went more than well! Very kind host, super helpful. The house is very clean and in a really quiet area. We stayed during very hot days and the presence of the air conditioners really saved our lives. Andrea also gave us a lot of tips about the surrounding area that turned out to be very valuable. It is close to Florence and other places of interest. Recommended!

I was personally received by Oana and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor, so you may hear passers-by - it didn't bother me. All in all, the apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The train station from which you can go to Florence is a 10-minute walk away. The train takes about 30 minutes to get to the main station of Santa Maria Novella.

The stay was worth every cent. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. Everything was very clean and the communication was flawless. We felt at home from the first moment. Whether it's the complete equipment (kitchen, bathroom, smart TV, etc.) or the location (a few minutes to the train station Firenze Rifredi (5 min to the train station S.M.N.)), this accommodation can be 100% recommended. We had a very nice and pleasant stay at Paolo's apartment. Despite the proximity to the highway, it is pleasantly quiet. Everything is clean and tidy. The nearby café is also recommended.

We did a last minute booking so everything near the Duomo was either sold out or too expensive so we looked for alternatives and are we glad!!! The apartment was brand new and very beautifully done up. This is my second Airbnb and it was amazing. Way neater, cleaner and beautiful than a hotel also. The location was exactly 13 minutes away from Santa Maria Novella - including Walk to the tram station. The tram takes hardly 5 minutes to reach Santa Maria and is just 1.5 euro per ride per person. The apartment is so nice that the distance to Duomo is worth it. Claudio himself checked us in and was very friendly and responsive.

This was an amazing stay. The flat has everything you could possibly want or need. You are surrounded by a peaceful garden, but can easily join in the lively activities of Florence within a short walk. Rossella is extremely hospitable and helpful. We definitely hope to stay here again and would 100% recommend this as a top choice for others.

We stayed in Fabio's apartment at the end of our trip to Florence & Tuscany and it truly felt like coming home after so much travel. I wouldn't say the flat is an Airbnb, it's much more a real home that feels like it has a history, beauty and sense of life. It's full of beautiful original artworks, tasteful furnishings and is pristine without being antiseptic or minimal. The kitchen is very functional and Fabio was kind enough to leave us a pack of pasta and sauce which we weren't able to use but comes in so much handy for times you might want to stay in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom is a quiet space to rest. The bathroom is extremely spacious and clean as well. We loved the balconies in the flat that made you feel like a local. The quirkiest part is the vintage life to the building which is the cutest lift you've ever seen! We only spent one night at Fabio's but wished we'd stayed longer. We hope to come again. Francesca was a great host, she was incredibly helpful with all of our questions and helped us find our way to the airport in the morning.

Diana's spot was great place to stay during our time in Florence! She provided very clear instructions for check in, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all of the amenities, including tea and three ways to make coffee, and a full set up to cook meals (with a LIDL a 10 minute walk away). The apartment is a little ways out of town, but it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the tram line to take in to city center (maybe 25-30 minute ride?). We also appreciated the aircon in the bedroom for restful sleep. We would definitely come here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
