We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Ein kleines feines Rustico. Toller gepflegter Garten mit schöner Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, in der Küche alles da, was man braucht. Ein schöner Ort für Ruhe und Erholung. Fausto ist ein zurückhaltender, hilfsbereiter Gastheber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pour la Casa Colorata, nous n'avons que des éloges ! La maison est spacieuse, très propre et bien située sur une colline ; le paysage de la campagne des Marches tout autour est superbe. Loretta l'a décorée avec amour et l'a équipée en tout, dans le plus petit détail. Nous avons passé des beaux jours ensoleillés entourés des animaux, des fleurs et des oliviers - l'huile produit par Loretta est exquis. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

La casa di Alba si trova in una zona splendida nelle colline marchigiane in provincia di Macerata: la casa è confortevole, ben attrezzata per cucinare e passare momenti rilassanti in soggiorno e giardino. È possibile dalla casa spostarsi a piedi per belle passeggiate nei dintorni; centri abitati con negozi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in una decina di minuti di macchina. Alba è un’ospite gentile e sempre disponibile; abbiamo trascorso nella sua casa un bellissimo capodanno rustico e la raccomandiamo a tutti.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Mini appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere la propria vacanza in totale relax. La zona, immersa nel verde è molto tranquilla, in una zona abbastanza ombreggiata. Il mare dista 15 minuti a piedi facilmente raggiungibile. Una nota di merito per accettare anche gli animali nell'appartamento. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Letto comodo con topper. Bagno molto bello e attrezzato con lavatrice, phon e kit di cortesia. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario anche per la pulizia quotidiana, che non è scontato. Nonostante abbiamo avuto un problema con la connessione internet Emma e Davide si sono dimostrati molto preoattivi e ci hanno aiutato. Bravissimi Davide e Paolo per l'aiuto dimostrato per ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimooooo.

Wir haben zu sechst eine Woche bei Ale im Taunus verbracht. Das Haus funktioniert dafür sehr gut. Ale war extrem zuvorkommend und hat uns super vor Ort unterstützt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Siedlung mit tollem alten Baumbestand und hat auch einen schönen Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem herrlichen Blick auf die wunderbare Landschaft. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Unser Aufenthalt in Villa Lunas war perfekt - sehr ruhige Lage und doch nicht weit vom Geschehen entfernt. Das Angebot ist spitze und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert - auch mit Kind!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Отличное размещение. Красивый дом и дружелюбный и отзывчивый хозяин. Даже не смотря на то что хозяин проживает в доме, мы его не видели и не слышали, было очень комфортно. Мы не пользовались гостинной внизу, мы перенесли маленький диван на кухню и переставили стол, было удобно. Интернет не очень быстрый, но если поставить роутер на кухне к окну, то сигнала хватает что бы смотреть онлайн ТВ.

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di due notti, arrivando venerdì sera tardi. Non abbiamo avuto problema né a trovare il luogo né ad effettuare il check in. Purtroppo però la mattina successiva siamo dovuti ripartire. Ma Roberta è Riccardo sono stati gentilissimi e capendo la situazione hanno modificato la nostra prenotazione per permetterci di avere un rimborso per la notte non usufruita. Abbiamo decisamente apprezzato il gesto. La location si trova in un luogo spettacolare, molto curato e vicino al mare. Peccato non aver potuto godere di più di questo posto bellissimo, ma sicuramente se saremo nuovamente di passaggio non esiteremo a ricontattarli.

Soggiorno a dir poco fantastico, un posto incantevole dove potersi rilassare e bere dell’ottimo vino con un bellissimo panorama, per non parlare della magnifica piscina con vista. Appartamento come da descrizione, super attrezzato. Gli host sono sempre gentili e disponibili, Luca e Paola ti fanno sentire a casa, davvero preparati e appassionati in ciò che fanno, è grazie a persone come voi se si può gustare dell’ ottimo vino! Vi ringraziamo per i bellissimi giorni passati da voi!! Torneremo a trovarvi presto

De omschrijving klopt precies bij het huis. Heel veel privacy. Fantastisch uitzicht. Heel schoon en erg vriendelijke host. Bij aankomst hartelijk welkom geheten en een duidelijke uitleg. Er zijn twee echte boekjes gemaakt met tips om te doen in de omgeving. Verder is de private chef een echte aanrader. Super lekker gegeten en een hoop geleerd over de Italiaanse keuken. Geduld met koken is het toverwoord. Eenvoudig, maar o zo lekker. Luca is een heel vriendelijke chef. Het huis is heel gezellig ingericht met alle voorzieningen. We hebben (mede door het hele mooie weer) heerlijk kunnen genieten van de tuin en het zwembad. Ondanks de tijd van het jaar en watertemperatuur 18 graden, hebben we regelmatig rond het zwembad gezeten en heerlijk kunnen borrelen en zwemmen. We kunnen niet wachten om weer te gaan. All NEW furnishings felt as if I was the first to ever stay there. The renovations of the apartment were so nicely done. The 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were all spotless. Their cleaning folks do an absolutely incredible job, there was not one spec of dust to be found ANYWHERE. Large showers. Fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are 3 separate balconies to enjoy the view from all angles. Best part of the place by far. Enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at night (both kindly provided by host at check-in) while experiencing a panoramic view of both the sea and the mountains is really my picture perfect vacation getaway. I would 100% recommend and stay here again, this place is absolutely 5 stars!

La realtà di questo alloggio ha superato di molto le mie aspettative! Gli spazi interni sono curati e impeccabili a livello di pulizia, inoltre sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari come lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina del caffè e un ottimo set di pentole. Ovviamente il punto forte della casa è poi la vasca idromassaggio vista mare, che concede momenti di relax immersi tra le colline della zona. Alessia è stata un host molto gentile e disponibile, offrendoci anche un piatto di ciliege appena colte dai loro alberi. Grazie ancora e a presto!

The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. It’s perfect for all ages and very comfortable. Thank you Stefano for everything!! We hope to come back again soon! 🥰🌞

La casa era nuovissima e pulitissima. un plauso alla vista panoramica mozzafiato. Lorenzo rispondeva immediatamente ai messaggi/telefonate ed è stato super cortese, inoltre è stato davvero gentilissimo con noi, e molto disponibile ed elastico davanti anche alla nostra richiesta di elasticità con l'orario di check out. super consigliato!!

Tutto semplicemente fantastico! Ci sembrava di essere a casa! spazi perfetti...pulizia impeccabile, mobili nuovi...casa super profumata...Moira persona eccezionale, ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in molte ore prima del previsto! È stata molto gentile nel fornire una guida del posto!! La nostra cucciola Perla è stata accolta con ciotola per l'acqua, giochini, cesta e copertina!! Cosa chiedere di più... Niki è una persona veramente cordiale disponibile in tutto. Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo e con tutto l'occorrente, anche un ombrellone per andare in spiaggia! Un giardinetto carino e ben curato. Posizione strategica a due passi da tutti i servizi e il centro storico. Il garage di una comodità estrema! Che dire, io e il mio compagno non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!! Grazie Niki di tutto!
