A large open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and living area can accommodate up to 8 people. The three double bedrooms — they guarantee privacy and comfort, with air conditioning and a Smart TV in each room. The two spacious bathrooms complete the picture. Outside, there is a barbecue, a garden with only nature, open air and the river.

But the works created by the simple hand of the farmer certainly do not disfigure in the panorama that opens before your eyes. "...may your walk be light, traveler, and your heart light."

Casa vacanze Borgo 22 si trova ad Osimo, è un’elegante città ricca d’arte e di storia, situata a pochi km dal mare e dalla splendida Riviera del Conero. A pochi metri dal centro all'interno delle mura con presenza di negozi di ogni genere. Non è prevista la Tassa di Soggiorno. Osimo offre un servizio di Maxiparcheggio. Per chi desidera esplorare la zona, come il Fiume Musone con la sua pista ciclabile, può usufruire del servizio noleggio del negozio Bicimania a pochi metri dalla struttura.

On the ground floor there is the living area, with sofas (one "French" size sofa bed) and TV, separated from the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom and a small room with a single bed. Heating, but not air conditioning, is provided.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

The entire 90 m² apartment is available, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a small balcony. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second is slightly larger, it has a double bed and a Montessori bunk bed suitable for children up to 60 kg, with memory foam mattresses. Independent entrance, a free parking space and a small garden where you can have breakfast.
