The path to our private, sandy beach winds through the woods and down 35 stone steps - which are challenging for some. We do not accept reservations with children of any age.

Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water. Most walls are pine except first floor master bedroom/bath. There is a theater in the lower level with more than 50 family videos and a 110” screen for viewing videos and TV. Internet is HughesNet satellite which is very slow. Verizon phone and texting service is the only phone service available. Some sleeping areas are in adjacent bldgs. Indoor weddings also available. If you are planning a wedding at this beautiful location there is a wedding fee & lots of guest parking.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Great for the business traveler for Alcona County. Hope to see you soon.
