FRONT private entrance, front half of the house boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and many extra amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for cross country skiers, snowmobilers, boaters and fisherman. Snowmobile trails located 400ft away. Godfreys Point boat launch on Oneida Lake is 20 minutes away and Sylvan Beach is 15 minutes away. Just under an hour from Syracuse, Utica, and Turning Stone Casino. Osceola Ski and Sport Resort is 20 minutes away.

Log cabin living with this beautiful cozy getaway right across the road from Oneida Lake. Private back yard with a grill and firepit for a relaxing afternoon. Great place for a romantic getaway. Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.

Enjoy this riders paradise. We would love for you to enjoy our home away from home. This two bedroom, one bath home is directly on the atv trails and an easy ride to the snowmobile trails. Close to the ADK state park, fishing, hiking and both downhill and cross country skiing. Four beds and access to two single cots (upon request) makes it a great retreat for you and your riding group. Plenty of parking for your trailer and machines (garage not available for guest use).
